Viktor is the definition of high energy and there is no price that I could put on the value of having a safe, loving place for him to run and play ALL DAY LONG. Pawsitive is always sharing helpful feedback which has been so important as we worked through potty training and socialization. Viktor stays a few days every week and is always happy and sleepy when I pick him up from daycare and there is no other place that I would trust letting him spend the night. He perks up as soon as we turn down the street and wiggles non-stop with excitement to see all of his fur-friends. The team is exceptional with video and photo updates throughout the stay that make me jealous to miss out on all the fun and confident that my baby isn't languishing in a kennel for hours at a time. He became reactive and growled and barked at a dog when brought back to be examined. And Dr. Andrew Tripp came in to let me know that my dog is now going to have on his chart that he is highly aggressive and advised he shouldnt be around children. I let him know I have 2 at home and he said that I'll end up on the news when my dog decides to react to one of my kids. He said everything short of euthanize him. I was absolutely appalled by these statements. I left and cried in my car petting my dog because our dog is the absolute best with my children and anyone else he sees. He has never once been aggressive towards anyone. Dr. Tripp made a very terrible assumption of my dog when he saw him for less than 5 minutes during a time when he was VERY stressed. They will never get my business again.

Upon entering please sign in and wait to be called to checkin no matter what you are there for please do so. Checking in you will have info verified and told to wait as someone will be with you shortly and they usually are out pretty quick. Waiting area is large with nice wooden benches. Leashes are required and some are provided for use. Rooms are ample and care is quick, efficient and complete. We have been going here as a family for a long time. Would recommend to anyone.

And they were so accommodating. We realized at the last minute that one of our dogs' shots had just expired. Instead of just saying there was nothing to be done - they got our dog in to the mobile vet that fortunately was going to be there the next day. His groomer does a fantastic job with grooming him and SPOILS him rotten. My sweet baby gets anxious when going to get groomed and she recommended a medicine that helps to keep him calm where he can be groomed safely. Overall, I am pleased with the care that he has received since his first groom in June and we will continue to come and get groomed here.
