Firstly when we walked in Lauren came around to meet Georgia and took the time to let her smell her and she talked to her . Once Georgia was more comfortable with Lauren she slipped the lead around her neck. I had to walk towards the door for Georgia to go BUT as soon as she went through the door , Lauren had complete control . I usually ask for 2 people because of her weight and her fear but Lauren was confident and asked me if she could try herself. I was fine with that because my baby seemed relaxed and comfortable with her . I walked outside the building to make it easier for my baby and me . When I walked back in Georgia was behind the counter with Lauren and when Georgia saw me she put her paws up on the counter. She looked adorable relaxed and happy (and like she worked there LOL ) Not even my vet can trim her nails so it's a blessing that pet play place is there to do it . They have qualified , compassionate and amazing people for me to trust my dog with . I highly recommend them .
