She has black nails, so I can't trim them. She was badly abused before we got her, and is not cooperative about getting her nails trimmed. I gave her a sedative before we went to Urban Hound, but the woman that used to do her nails was no longer there, and the new person refused to do them. Since she was already sedated, I wanted to get this over with! I called and Cayce told me to bring her right in. She was great with our girl, and had her done in less than 15 minutes - less trauma for our girl. I so appreciated her help and her expertise! we know where we will be going from now on! I also purchased a new collar for her while we were there.

When Brooklyn was a baby I fed her Origen large puppy. This brand sets you back some...unless you kinda got that bling bling cash flow. It's a 25 pound bag and goes fast. I like that on every 12th food bag purchased you get one for free. Recently we scaled down from the Origen's brand and are now feeding Brooklyn Acana Regionals. It's pretty cool how you can change food bag tastes from fish, chicken, meat, or veggie. If you're into spoiling your animal check out Healthy Tails. I've visited both stores in town. The store isn't very big and doesn't carry a huge inventory like most major box stores but they do have interest inventory unique to only Pet Station; during this visit I found the Tuesday's Natural Dog Treat (and pup absolutely adores it). I also can't cancel my card from it because it says to cancel the order first. I later spoke to a manager who assured me the order would be canceled. Instead, today I was charged again, the order was never delivered, nobody contacted me, and now they've already scheduled my NEXT autoship for a month away while once again claiming "the team is already working on it." How is an order a month away already locked from cancellation? This honestly feels like a scheme designed to keep charging customers while making it impossible to cancel autoship orders once they enter their system. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. Do not sign up for their auto-ship services.
