What was meant to be a quick stop, turned into wasting an hour of my time. Your employees also are terrible at catching fish and almost never offer to help. Always have to search for an employee for help. The new Pac-Man "desktop" pet are cruel and inhumane. They should have a regulated temperature home and proper care guides. What's the point in asking what the size of your tank is and how many fish you have, if you're not going to treat the rest of your animals with the same respect.

It was too late to call the store. This morning the tang was dead. I went back to the store explained to the manager{?} that the fish had a white spot on the fin which suggested that the fish was sick and died in less than 12hrs. I asked for a refund and she told there was no refund on saltwater fish. My point, however, is that the policy needs to be a little flexible in certain circumstances such a a fish dying in less than 12 hrs. I believe that I should of gotten a full refund or store credit. The manager would not agree to any reimbursement what so ever. That's gggreat customer service. Wont shop in that store anymore.

Our regular veterinarian is booked out pretty far in advance and and our new family members needed their 2nd set of puppy vaccinations, and I noticed a sign at Pet Supplies Plus while we were shopping for treats and toys that said vaccination services were offered here every other week. I admit I was a little nonplussed when I arrived at noon, which was when the staff member on the phone told me I should come, and the sign said the clinic didn't start until 1:00 p.m.. Staff members told us we could go ahead and get in line since the line tends to fill up early. We probably actually save time by arriving early, since we were out the door by 1:05 and there was a line wrapping all the way through the store. We realized it was probably a pretty smart idea for them to offer these services, because of course while we are waiting for our appointment, we took turns strolling around the store and picking up extras of some toys the dogs had really enjoyed and some extra treats. Tons of people - ourselves included - wanted to pet all the puppies in line. It's super important it was important to sanitize your hands between snuggles, however, since most of these puppies are not fully vaccinated yet and are vulnerable to communicable diseases. This is especially important currently as there have been outbreaks of both parvo and kennel cough in our region lately. The staff here is always super friendly to the four-legged customers!

The pup we adopted stayed there a little longer due to her medication needs and our older dogs at home. The problem is that, after getting her home we discovered she was still infested with tape worms. We had to get her to a vet a.s.a.p and have her de wormed .. again .. apparently. This animal should have never been put up for adoption in her condition. We paid quite a bit of money for a kitten we thought was thoroughly treated. It cost me even more money .. this facility was going to issue a partial refund for the unnecessary expense and aggravation, but NEVER followed through on it.
