    For great products that are unique and actually liked by pets, I give it 5 stars…read more For customer service I give it 3 stars I went in because all of their locations carry unique cat toys that are both commercial as well as seemingly homemade although those probably are commercial too There's a large selection of both and the thing that I love is that they are actual toys that are effective, meaning they work well and they don't break easily and our high-quality. And our cats that are super picky about toys, pretty much love anything I get there because they carry toys that pretty much any cat would love. I don't know how to explain that exactly but it's very different than going to a PetSmart or a Petco in terms of their products I feel like their prices are super reasonable as well so I don't even try to price check it against anything online. One reason is because I appreciate them actually taking the time to find these great products and I like supporting their business The second I walked in, someone asked if they could help me but I declined because I could see the section I was looking for. But after I started shopping, I did need help and no one ever checked on me again... And the woman working was on the entire other side of this Store which is fairly large. And due to an injury, it was just too hard for me to walk over to get help. And she would never look in my direction for me to waive her over. So that was kind of a bummer The same woman, checked me out and get the checkmark for doing the job she was paid to do. She was not friendly but she was not unfriendly, but something about her was a little unapproachable. She didn't know the answers to my two questions and because of the unapproachable factor, I didn't feel like pushing her to find out. I just decided to make the decision based on my own knowledge I would definitely revisit this location based on their products and the 1st employee's happiness to help.

You can tell how much she loves animals and her caring disposition. I brought in my Rhodesian Ridgeback, who is a rescue, and he could absolutely not get enough of her. She is so kind and loving towards animals... I can see why she is fabulous at this profession! Kyla, thank you for being such a loving person, and loving our animals when we bring them into the grooming salon. I know sometimes a lot of dogs are barking and stressed out, and I can tell that you just have an amazing disposition and a love for animals, thank you!!

    I took my dog to the grooming salon and checked in as usual. During check-in, the groomer, Kara O,…read morefelt through my dog's coat like normal and didn't mention any concerns about matting or difficulty grooming. I even agreed to go with a shorter cut to make things easier for her. However, after having my dog for two hours, she called and said his head was too matted to finish grooming. This felt more like an excuse than a genuine issue. It seemed like she didn't want to complete the job, especially since she already appeared behind and uninterested when I first arrived--she kept us waiting while she was outside vaping. I'm extremely upset that my dog was sent home like this. Not only did the groomer think this was acceptable, but the manager did as well. There was plenty of opportunity at check-in to assess whether the grooming could be completed. Instead, she shaved almost all of my dog's body and left his head untouched, making him look completely uneven. This experience was very disappointing. I will not be returning, and I strongly believe Kara O should not be handling dogs if this is the level of care provided.

First appt with Bree was great but second was scheduled with Hope the salon manager who informed me that because she was a manager with possible other duties it could take longer than our usual 1.5 hrs. I pay for what they call VIP service which excuses dogs from kennels. When I questioned and said I'd have to find someone else if this was to happen Hope was about to give my dog back. Grooming proceeded, next dog was drooped off, I sent text how cute they looked and thank you. Also messaged for next appt. No contact. Called store mgr to ask about status and discuss conversation with Hope. Tyler was to have them call me for next appt. Couple weeks have gone by and no contact, even after messages left and text sent. Called today and was transferred to salon. They informed me the mgr was to call me and would not schedule appts. Word will get out about this horrible salon manager and their lack of service. Big mistake as I've referred tons of people to this location.
