From the moment we arrived, the groomer came out to greet both my dog and me. They took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, especially when it came to specific areas for trimming. The full grooming service was completed in about an hour and a half. My dog looks sharp with his new haircut. I also really appreciated that the groomer give me updates of the session. Overall, a great experience that I'll definitely be coming back for the next grooming service.

As a paying customer, I simply requested a minor adjustment to my haircut, but instead of accommodating the request professionally, I was made to feel unwelcome. They have also hurt my dog; he has a de-claw and the groomer shaved over it and my dog was in pain for many weeks and I had to take him to vet. There are times when the hair on one ear is long and another is short. But Woof Gang does not want to hear about any feedback. They just want to collect their money and have the customer just Leave. No feedback welcome at this Salon. Customer service should include listening to reasonable requests and ensuring customers leave satisfied. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. If asking for a small correction means they no longer want your business, that's a serious concern. I will not be returning to this location and would encourage future customers to be cautious. There are plenty of salons and barbershops that value their customers and treat them with respect.

We walked in for a sec to see what this place was all about. It's a store for cats and dogs. We said we could come right back to shop after our class ended. This way we had time to really shop for my grandfurs. We were greeted by a bark from the little white Maltese named Holiday, and owner Joy. There's some displays of clothing for pets, as well as toys. But there's a whole room and wall full of food and treats from either China, Korea or Japan. I got some gift for my grandfurs.

I always discover something new and unique for my dogs, and the quality has consistently been great. If you're looking for specialty items or just want more variety than the typical big-box pet store, Pawsitive Dreams is absolutely worth the trip.

‼Please read before coming here‼rude staff and inexperienced lazy grooming‼I am mind blown at how…read moreawful our experience was today. Rude staff, lazy groomer (specifically the older Chinese man) My golden doodle was brought in with MINIMAL mats on the hind area. and I told them please keep her fluffy but shorter than she is currently. So they said totally fine. the front desk lady did not call me, I called them to ask about an ETA for pickup, and she told me "by the way he might have to go a little shorter cause of mats" I said "okay fine no worries as long as she has some fluff" come pickup time, my partner walked in and she had him pay BEFORE receiving our dog (already shady and weird) and when she brought her out, my dog was unrecognizable. Shaved down almost to the skin, head is a triangle shape, tail is half way shaved down, paws were shaved down, and overall choppy. My boyfriend told her that if he would have known she would look this bad, we would have done her ourselves at home. When I went in after to complain, she told me then I could be refunded which is good. I was happy with a refund but shocked at how bad she looked. I get home and I call the front desk lady to ask what the hell happened and why would he do this, she rudely told me "well I told you he needed to go shorter so I don't know what to tell you." I explained how she was previously brought in very matted after our cross country move and she was still worked on, returned nicely and fluffy. She said "I'll just have an owner call you" and hung up on me rudely. I cannot believe how after they ruined the way my golden doodle looks and her fur, that I would be treated this way. Hung up on? When I was just asking for an explanation? Or something that made sense? Disgusting. To add, she also told me that "each groomer has their own way of doing things, some like to work on mats and some don't." I said "this is not their dog, she is MY dog, and should not be groomed a certain way without my permission." She swears up and down that she told me that he has to "cut her a little shorter" but I was not expecting this mess. I'm really disappointed in how I was treated after. Any good business will be apologetic and understanding. Instead I got looks of "you're bothering me" type of vibes, hung up on and told "I don't know what to tell you." I have brought her here several times, I should've stopped bringing her here when they took SEVEN hours the first time, this will certainly be the last. I encourage you all to find a different groomer. Especially considering they just swap out dogs in kennels all day instead of working on one dog at a time. They could care less about any bad experience. My golden doodle I have had go to many groomers since she was a puppy. Never has she looked this bad, and never have I seen such laziness. Also, my dog who is very calm, is now shaking and peeing of anxiety when I bring her in, which makes me think she was not treated the best. I saw in another review someone said the same and I had the same experience. The photo of her fluffy is the before. The skinny version of her was the awful cut today. To the owner: please get your employees in check, this is truly awful customer service and and will take months to grow back to anything close to what it was at. Do not recommend, especially for golden doodles.
