So not only do they mislabel and possibly abuse their animals, but they'll lie to your face about it! She offered me a refund if I brought the bird back but I didn't want him to go back into the hands of his abuser. EDIT: I feel like I should also state that they didn't even know the age or gender of the bird when I purchased it. They just had it labeled as a hand fed Cockatiel which in retrospect should have been the red flag to not purchase from these horrid people.
