The animals are well taken from what I could see. My son loved meeting Frank the Fish ! There are a great bit of snakes and tarantulas if you are about that life. There were some nice geckos and even a bearded dragon! All in all, I really hope we really enjoyed our visit to Pet Cove and hope they are able to maintain their clean and well organized environment for the animals and the customers!

I am currently 67 years young and had a young girl who works there, tell me what fish I can and can not have in my tank. Mine you,that I have had everything from a 2.5 gallon tank to a 75 gallon tank over the years. Anyway, this young lady spoke to me as if I had no clue as to taking care of a fish tank. Unfortunately, after this experience I will probably never return back there. Sorry, but you just lost a loyal customer of 2 years.

I have one Cat, so knowing where the local pet store is is important to me. From the first time I entered, the place radiated with quality and a good wholesome atmosphere. Weather you have a dog, cat, guinea pig, or some other animal, you will definitely find what you need to take care of it here. There's even a dog groomer in the back! Not to mention all of the staff are energetic, friendly, and ready to help you how they can. What more could you ask for? Being this is a new store, I'm here to try to get the word out that this is the place to be for all pet owners! I'm giving Pet Supplies Plus 5 Stars out of 5 Stars! EDIT: Alright, I understand fully that this is an independently owned store. But after paying another visit to the store today, I have to address the one major issue with this place. The prices for the product are a bit more expensive than what you could be paying to get the same product elsewhere.... like Walmart for example. My boyfriend has an Alaskan Malamute and we are usually reluctant to take him to a Petco or PetSmart. You usually hear bad thing and the only experience we had back home was awful he came back with a cut on his head. However, he needed to be groomed and we will DEFINITELY go back to this location. Jennifer in the grooming department was amazing! I highly recommend her and I will be asking for her by name next time. She was helpful and knowledgeable.

Spoke with the owner, she said if I would bring her back she would get my dog in and out and she would do it for free. I spoke with my wife who was extremely unhappy and agreed we try it again. Made another appointment and took the dog. The owner assured us she would get the dog trimmed quickly. 5 hours later we are told they need another 30 minutes. We waited an hour and went to pick up our dog, when my wife got there only half of the dog was trimmed and again they needed another 30 minutes, then another hour they needed more time, so my wife brought our dog home. I would not in anyway recommend this place to anyone.
