I have a an emotional support dog, she is a Keeshond named gidget and means the absolute world to me. I am personally unable to brush her and bathe her and these people gave me grief, humiliated me and made me feel awful because she is really matted and they refused to bathe and groom her.

I'm not sure how they are with dogs, but our puppy was a bit anxious to leave their shop when I picked him up. He is usually a lover dog, but a different attitude when left there. They did a fair job on him, but not so sure they performed all the services we requested. We found another groomer that he is far more chill with, and did an amazing job on him with. I wish you all the best Hair of the Dog, but we will have to move on.

Spoke with the owner, she said if I would bring her back she would get my dog in and out and she would do it for free. I spoke with my wife who was extremely unhappy and agreed we try it again. Made another appointment and took the dog. The owner assured us she would get the dog trimmed quickly. 5 hours later we are told they need another 30 minutes. We waited an hour and went to pick up our dog, when my wife got there only half of the dog was trimmed and again they needed another 30 minutes, then another hour they needed more time, so my wife brought our dog home. I would not in anyway recommend this place to anyone.
