Many of the habitats were lacking even the most basic supplies. For instance, the sweet little geckos had no heat lamps or humidifiers. I have 4 birds, and I know firsthand how messy they can be. The birds in this shop had water bowls that probably had not been changed in at least a week. There were days and days worth of debris that had accumulated. Signs prohibiting pictures are posted throughout the store which makes it seem like they are trying to hide something. Sad for the animals.

They would not tell me where she went, First of all, I didnt have one particular groomer. I used whomever was available bc the were all good. Secondly, It was way too late to find another groomer for this season bc they were all booked up and not taking any new clients. My rating of this place has gone from 5 to 0. I have been coming here for 5 years, to span two different dogs and many different dog and cat friends. While a little pricier than other options in the area, this pet store is stocked with items that are well vetted and understood by the owners and employees personally. Every employee can provide genuine input and assistance into any pet related needs whether it's food, treats, harnesses or clothing, toys, etc. There are many familiar faces that have stayed working here over the years, which is always a plus. I also love what they do for the community, helping police dogs and sponsoring little events, such as around the holidays where they give free treats and coupons or other items. Follow their social media to stay up to date! There is a bath you can use (I haven't used it yet but have almost needed to so many times) where they provide all the materials and do the clean up. It's on a first come first serve basis, but you can always call to gauge how busy it is. Student discounts offered only on certain days. Not best budget for broke students but the assurance I have with the quality of the items (esp food) I'm buying for my dog is worth it.

I'm not one to talk negatively about anyone but serious work needs to be done here when it comes to the care of her animals. She's what we call a "flipper" in the reptile hobby. Someone who trades out animals and buys from just about anywhere to make a profit. Not a safe place to buy a pet from. It's run out of the basement of her home and the animals are kept in deplorable conditions. Bearded dragons in bird/rodent cages, animals with no uvb or basking bulbs. Please save your money and buy from a legitimate store or breeder!
