The vet told me it would be too stressful for him to be boarded while we were gone, so I read online reviews and called Ann. I honestly was blown away. Ann was extremely knowledgeable, and also just incredibly kind and loving toward my cat. She went out of her way to take care of him while we were gone. She brought over feeding syringes and gave him Pepcid to help his stomach, as he was unable to eat without throwing up. She honestly got more food down him than I had been able to. She also recommended a brand of food that he will finally eat on his own, and had great advice for me on how to get him to start eating again (we had the vet pull a few teeth). Every day when we were gone she kept me updated by sending emails and pictures of him. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. I will for sure be using Ann in the future, and cannot recommend her enough.

I wasn't given a tour of the place which is new to me as most places have given me a tour so I snot know what goes on behind the scenes but if it's anything like the front maybe that's why. However what I can see from cameras it's not so bad. Overall I will bring again but I recommend doing something with the front. Curb appeal is a thing if you aren't aware.

Our other dog Piper (3 years old) had a freak accident in April 2024 that severed her Achilles tendon requiring multiple surgeries. We would have never gotten through it without the amazing care from Cross Timbers Animal Hospital. We are forever grateful to Dr. Lock and the entire practice. When Piper first got hurt, Dr. Lock took videos of her gait and sent them to THREE orthopedic surgeons who all recommended the same surgery. The one who did the surgery was the one Dr. Lock said she who want operating on her own dog. This surgeon also was the least expensive and did all of Piper's procedures at our vet office 1/2 mile from our house. Then the amazing staff had a party for her on Tuesday post exfix removal...a crown, a sign, and personalized treats.
