Elyse, the founder and owner, took great care of our furry family members and kept the house clean and organized! Not only did she catch an issue with our pool's filter which prevented a minor problem from turning into a major one, she also got our most anxious and grumpiest boy to trust her by the end of the first day. That alone deserves an award! Elyse maintained excellent communication by sending photos and videos and she tailored her care to each of our dogs, all different breeds and personalities. It gave me, a somewhat anxious person who views animals as family members, complete peace of mind. And while she just founded the business, her years of animal care experience shine! Regardless of your pets breeds or needs, Claws, Paws, and All Pet Sitting can do it all! I will forever recommend and use their services. Book now!

Rett Roe Pet Pros groomed my two golden doodles, and the overall grooming was average at best…read more They were both shaved down short for the summer, which made the sections of hair the groomer missed all that more obvious (i.e. armpits, entire belly, etc.). There were a couple services included in the grooming package she wasn't able to do, but she ended up charging me for them anyway. I also noticed on each one of their paws that there were at least 2 nails she did not trim. I contacted the owner the next business day to request the groomer come back and finish trimming the nails, and asked to have the groomer call me. This was the week before a holiday weekend, so it took her a week to call me back. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, refused to finish trimming their nails (tried to justify it by saying their nails would have grown over the week since she last groomed them), and told me to find a new groomer. I wasn't planning to use their services again, but for the amount I paid in addition to a 20% tip, I'd expect her to at least complete the services I paid for. I sent email to the owner regarding my conversation with the groomer, but didn't receive a response. It's clear this company doesn't take accountability for their work, and isn't trying to have return customers.
