Other places, don't have the attention, facilities, and in many ways, personalized attention we receive at the Rover Resort. We leave them with the peace of mind that they will be treated as guests at the resort and not just as another boarding place. The staff is amazing, they are customer oriented, respectful with their guests and owners and overall, you can see and feel their goodwill and commitment to ensure our pets have the best experience. Our puppies are now much older, and they are treated with love and care. As long as we are allowed to enjoy our puppies, we will have them stay at Rover Resort. I have used them twice a day at the same times every day for the last 1-1.5 months with the same walker, although I met a backup walker at some point just in case the first was unavailable. During this time they have been fairly disorganized with incorrect pricing which I have been pretty lenient on, just correcting it and moving on with my day. Tuesday was the final straw. They made a change in the schedule without telling me and allowed some stranger (whom I have never met and who has never met my two German shepherds before) to enter my home alone, without my permission or knowledge, and walk my dogs at the wrong time of day as well. Not good because my dogs are on medications that make them pee a lot so we have to specifically time their walks to prevent accidents. More importantly, if something happened to the walker in my house because dogs can be territorial to strangers in their house, I WOULD BE LIABLE. The owner, Olga, said it was an honest mistake and said she thought I had met this walker before but now sees in my files that I met someone else. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but I also don't really care because in the end, this was a huge violation of my privacy. Olga assured me she wouldn't charge me for this walk, which is laughable because I wasn't planning on paying for it. Beware of this company.

Nicole is super friendly and truly displays care for all dogs - she even fosters a rescue yorkie. She is also super flexible with drop-off and pick-up times so I never have to stress out about my flight times. I also get daily updates and pictures on my pup. Few days before one of my trips, Milana (my yorkie) developed acute pancreatitis and she needed to receive several meds and special food to recover. I am really thankful to Nicole that she was willing to give all these medications and watch Milana closely while I was on my trip. I highly recommend Nicole - she is my go to person when I go away on my work and personal trips :)

The end of program training with me and my kids was impressive but I was not sure they would continue behaving at home. Jake was our trainer and he was very good at explaining to me how to use their system and how to continue things at home. The first few days I was worried as my dogs did seem stressed from the entire experience. However, after being home a few days they bounced back and I felt brave enough to work on the things Jake taught us by using the collar. I have to say, I am very very happy with the results. My older dog RUbie had many issues with being aggressive towards other dogs and making walks miserable. Jake completely fixed that and she is now very tolerant of other dogs. They both have stopped jumping, barking all the time in the house, and counter surfing. My home is so much more peaceful. I am continuing to work with the dogs and am realizing that I must continue to use the collars and work with the dogs daily to continue to see results. I am very very happy with Jake and All Dogs Unleashed.

I expressed to the employees that she does not do well in isolation, yet on her very first day all they did was isolate her because she "wouldn't calm down" but the whole reason she didn't calm down is because she was by herself. Then the front desk man proceeded to call me RUDE! this is not the way to speak to your customers and quite literally the easiest way to lose business. Do better. Also employees and management complete a**holes. Edit: 1 day later I found a new place who actually listens to their guests. Guess what?! She's fine. I highly recommend WAG hotels! They say it's just a matter of time before my dog jumps the fence at the new place but apparently she tried to escape out of camp bow wow within minutes. She has been at daycare for 8 hours and has yet to escape. Again LISTENING to your guests is your best option.
