They refresh water, check robot feeders, feed a can of wet food each visit and it doesn't stop there. They also pet and check on the welfare of the cats plus pick up mail or packages for us.. We get texted a picture of each cat or several and a written update on how the visit went. We have never had 1 issue with anything missing or even a picture frame moved out of place. My husband is a worrier about our lovely cat family and it puts his mind at ease using this service and how well cared for our cats are. We have a shy kitty that will hide from time to time, but YHPC sitters eventually will win her over and coax her out to feed and get petted. I highly recommend this service for peace of mind and your pets will be happier at home and less stressed. :)

There are so many ways Kathlyn has gone above and beyond. Six months ago, we went out of the country, and had a cat get very sick while we were gone. He had to be euthanized. She took him to the hospital, and stayed with him the whole time. Now she is taking care of our horse too. She only has to go check on her once a week, but she has been going more frequently just because she cares and working with her!! I could go on and on, honestly. With Sugars Pet Sitting, you get more than just a pet service. You are getting a team that will love and care for your animals!! Hands down the best pet sitting company around.

I've never left my cat Archie for a week long trip before, and I was worried about who could watch him. After seeing some reviews, Sugar's looked like a good bet - and... blackjack! Every time Kathlyn came, she sends a journal of what your pet was doing/what she did along with multiple photos. She also noticed I didn't have enough food to refill after the 5th day. When I told her where it was, she came back the next day to check on him (after checking with me) FREE OF CHARGE!! Can't hype Sugar's up enough. I'll be a return customer.

However Jill did an awesome job at keeping my nerves at bay (sorry for the really long list I left you!!). Communication before and during the time we were away was really good; and I looked forward to my daily updates on how they were doing. Although our cats were struck with a sudden shy streak and would hide from her when she came in; they were eating and drinking normally so they clearly weren't missing us that much! It was also nice to come home to our mail in a nice neat pile and our trash ready to be picked up. We would definitely use Jill again; and now that we have someone we know we can rely on; we will probably travel more often!

I did some research and found this place, so I decided to give it a try. IM SO GLAD I DID! From the 1st day, as soon as he got into the car he was snoozing in the backseat. It was such a miracle. At other daycare facilities I have taken him to, he would still have energy at the end of the day, and it would take a bit for him to finally settle once he got home. But here at Top Paw, he sleeps through the whole night! I take him to work with me and even the staff has commented about how calm and sleepy he is after Daycare. I also love that they are so flexible with their times. Somedays I have to be at work before 4pm so I need to grab him before I go in, and they are open from 7a-7p Mon-Fri and I can drop off/pick up anytime during those hours. And they even have daycare on the weekends which is soooo helpful for when I work weekend shifts. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. They always promise to get him nice and tired and they deliver on it. I have been recommending Top Paw to all of my fellow pup parents when they ask where I take him. Right now she's knocked out since I picked her up. The staff genuinely have a natural love of dogs you can't fake. When you're on the run in the mornings, they come out to your car and take your pooch. I've always been happy with their grooming services. They also have pet supplies, special play areas for dogs with special needs (i.e. not fixed, jumpers, in heat, etc), pet suites for boarding. They host behavior/training classes and donate the venue to animal rescues to host special pet events/fundraisers. What's not to love?!?! There hours are very accomodating. Ususally 7am-7pm, may want to check. And I love the half-day option (6 hours) rather than the full-day as well if you need a couple hours to handle things. When I'm running late, and haven't had the chance to let out some of Harlow's energy - I can drop her off in less than 10 minutes and know she'll be taken care of.
