My husband is a worrier about our lovely cat family and it puts his mind at ease using this service and how well cared for our cats are. Even the paper we signed did not say what we would get if we chose private creamation or communal. We did not get back any ashes at all! We chose communal with an engraved nameplate but what we got was a cheap plaster paw print. We thought we would get ashes back with a nameplate. No ashes at all. We are beyond devasted. The office assistant tried to blame us for checking the box that said communal and blame is for not understanding what that meant.
