There are so many ways Kathlyn has gone above and beyond. Six months ago, we went out of the country, and had a cat get very sick while we were gone. He had to be euthanized. She took him to the hospital, and stayed with him the whole time. Now she is taking care of our horse too. She only has to go check on her once a week, but she has been going more frequently just because she cares and working with her!! I could go on and on, honestly. With Sugars Pet Sitting, you get more than just a pet service. You are getting a team that will love and care for your animals!! Hands down the best pet sitting company around.

I've never left my cat Archie for a week long trip before, and I was worried about who could watch him. After seeing some reviews, Sugar's looked like a good bet - and... blackjack! Every time Kathlyn came, she sends a journal of what your pet was doing/what she did along with multiple photos. She also noticed I didn't have enough food to refill after the 5th day. When I told her where it was, she came back the next day to check on him (after checking with me) FREE OF CHARGE!! Can't hype Sugar's up enough. I'll be a return customer.

We have spent three years having trainers tell us to rehome one of our pups or having training…read moreopportunities fall through as we tried to address the reactiveness of one of our dogs toward the other. Our daily routines involved, what we called, "the prisoner exchange," moving one dog inside and the other outside repeatedly so they did not fight. We believed in Leo and William and knew that they could make each other's lives so much richer with the right support and knowledge. When I called Karma for training options, I was told they had the perfect trainer for our situation and that the trainer could come live with us for ten days. Enter - Kai Whitmore - the man, the myth, the legend. I was very hopeful, but skeptical that my pups could get along, however, Kai got to know each of them individually, understood their strengths and weaknesses, and built up their basic skills that would be helpful when they interacted. Within days, Kai had the boys hanging out together in the backyard and the house. Shortly thereafter, they were playing together, napping together, and bonding over their mutual desire to keep our yard cat-free. Now a mere two weeks later, they are co-existing most of the day, though we do give them breaks because it is still so new. Not only did Kai work his magic with the dogs, but he also provided our family the support and confidence we needed to ensure Leo and William's friendship continues to progress and to keep them both continually learning new skills or sharpening old ones. We know within a matter of weeks, we will be living with both dogs on the same schedule and in the same spaces as we have always wanted. Kai believed in the dogs and believed in us. We couldn't have dreamed of a better result. And despite the length of this review, I can't find the words that truly express the gratitude and admiration I have for Kai as both a dog trainer and human being. If you are fortunate enough to meet Kai, or have the benefit of him helping with your dog training, just start thanking him out the gate to get ahead of it.

They did not like my first review so let's try again…read more I am disappointed in this company. To make a long, ridiculous short- they walk their dogs (or they're clients dogs) sans leash. Multiple times dogs in their control, attack and bite my dogs. If only there was a simple way to avoid this?? Keep your dogs on a leash. It's a city ordinance. I would not have gone too far as to write a review but they do not even have the decency to muster up a "sorry" or "is your dog okay" after the multiple attacks- they simply waddle on. They were so unhappy with my first review that they had the audacity to find where I work, email us, then say that they come there all the time (never, ever seen them), and we're not coming back because I wrote an honest review. Yup. Speechless. They must have a ton of free time :)
