She sent us pictures and updates of their travel adventures along the way, and did a door to door hand off, collecting the three cats with me in San Diego and taking them to our new apartment in Chicago where my partner was awaiting their arrival. In fact, she can keep any employee due to compensation where she changes the rate of pay after the job is complete and also doesn't pay regularly. I haven't been paid past May 15th, 2023 (today is my last day). But I have kept working nonstop. Also, there is no mileage or extra compensation for traveling from home to home. She leaves clients' keys under mats because of being so short staffed and no longer living locally. She may take care of pets, but her priority is not long in Frisco/Prosper areas as she can't keep an employee and doesn't want to commute.

I have used them twice a day at the same times every day for the last 1-1.5 months with the same walker, although I met a backup walker at some point just in case the first was unavailable. During this time they have been fairly disorganized with incorrect pricing which I have been pretty lenient on, just correcting it and moving on with my day. Tuesday was the final straw. They made a change in the schedule without telling me and allowed some stranger (whom I have never met and who has never met my two German shepherds before) to enter my home alone, without my permission or knowledge, and walk my dogs at the wrong time of day as well. Not good because my dogs are on medications that make them pee a lot so we have to specifically time their walks to prevent accidents. More importantly, if something happened to the walker in my house because dogs can be territorial to strangers in their house, I WOULD BE LIABLE. The owner, Olga, said it was an honest mistake and said she thought I had met this walker before but now sees in my files that I met someone else. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but I also don't really care because in the end, this was a huge violation of my privacy. Olga assured me she wouldn't charge me for this walk, which is laughable because I wasn't planning on paying for it. Beware of this company.

My yard doesn't stink anymore. There are no flies hovering at my backdoor, and my dogs don't have to tiptoe around piles of their own poo. They even take the poo with them so my trash can doesn't stink. We all know there is nothing worse than opening the lid of the trash can, that is filled with poop, on a hot summer day! Call of Doody has even accommodated my gardeners schedule, so he doesn't step in poop. I wish I would have known a lot sooner that this service existed. I will continue to use them as long as I have dogs.
