    Higher prices than other stores. Unfriendly staff. No "public" restroom- spent $75- I am a CUSTOMER, NOT "the public!".

    friendly staff and good service. not the widest selection, but a nicer shopping experience than the warehouse pet supply chains.

    The best pet store EVER! I LOVE IT! Bought my Parakeet from them and he is the Sweetest and Smartest Parakeet I have ever had!!

I was given a refund and truly appreciate her level of professionalism. I also would like to give kudos to Dalton who put up with my calls to the store requesting to speak with upper management. The manager of the store, who I was told was a male, never bothered to return my call so I am truly appreciative of the time Wendy took to respond and for Dalton remaining respectful of my concerns. ********** I'll start by saying I have shopped at tractor supply for years even though I could find things cheaper online. On 3/5 I bought a new pair of trail boots. I tried the left one on in the store and it fit great. Flash forward to wearing them both for the first time. As with any boots you have to break them in however this right boot has a hard area that not only bruised my ankle but rubbed it raw. I get my receipts via email but couldn't find it in my email however the date of purchase and order number shows in my tractor supply account. I went to return the boots and first they said they couldn't find the purchase looking up my phone number. Then they said they can't accept it because they have been worn. Well obviously I had to wear them to see they are clearly defective. I would have been fine with even just a discounted store credit. Per there policy within 30 days it says worn shoes can be refunded through manufacturer warranty. I was told "maybe I can try selling them on Facebook". Yes I'm sure someone else wants boots that are defective. I will be reaching out to corporate over this treatment and I will not be shopping at Navarre Tractor supply ever again.

    Do not trust the website data regarding 'quantity in stock' at the Fort Walton Beach store. Twice…read morein recent weeks I made the mistake of driving there to purchase an item that the store claimed to have in stock, only to find out once again, the store did not. The clerk seemed oblivious to issues with the Pet Supermarket supply system. I'd recommend calling the store and having a worker check for the item before wasting time and fuel going there to find out they don't have it.

When I approached her while she was stocking shelves to ask for assistance getting a fish from one of the tanks, she seemed bothered that I was interrupting her. She then scowled as she interacted with me and my 12 year old son and badgered us about the fish he wanted and how it wasn't right for our tank, which she was completely incorrect. I have had this same tank since I was 12 (I'm 63 now) and have had a number of the exact same type of fish in it w/o issue. She never smiled, never greeted us with any pleasantries, and stormed off to the front registers with the fish. When I asked her if she was having a bad day and informed her that her customer service was lacking, she simply walked away to get another associate, Tina. Tina was pleasant and apologetic, but also interrogated us about our fish tank and what fish we have in it. It seemed like she was trying to validate Tiffany's poor demeanor with trying to prove her right. I have been shopping at this store for over a decade and have to say that this was the worst customer service experience I have had there. Not sure that I will return...There are other pet stores in FWB that I am sure would welcome my business and treat me like a "customer"!
