She was incredibly sweet, patient, and so nice with him. He gets scared during grooming and may give a little nip or two out of fear, but he isn't aggressive. During his first two grooming visits, his face, his paws, or sometimes both didn't get finished. Bailey worked with him and was able to get everything done. I really appreciate that she didn't give up on him and treated him with so much care. We couldn't be happier with Bailey and will definitely be asking for her again.

Since stock was not available at Pace or Milton my order got routed to Navarre, FL #2655. Placing the order at 8:02am is supposed to guarantee me SAME DAY DELIVERY but that is not the case with the Navarre Store. They waited all day and never called me with a status of my order. I called them at approx 4pm to inquire where my order was. The girl on the phone first of all kept me on hold forever and when she came back she told me it was in the store and it would be delivered TOMORROW !!! TOMORROW !!!.....I promptly told her I had placed the order in the timeframe required for SAME DAY DELIVERY so I expected it to be delivered today. She left the phone, came back and then proceeded to tell me it was loaded on a truck and would be delivered today, which was a lie. At 5:36pm I got a phone call from the regular delivery driver Bill. He is always prompt with our deliveries and from what I could tell from the phone call, he had just left Molino and there was no way he could deliver our order today. He never puts us off so I KNOW it was the management in that Navarre store that is the problem, and they pushed it off on him to tell us. We had this problem with Navarre before when I had to INSIST that our delivery be done that day and it was after dark when the truck got here with THAT order months ago. The NAVARRE STORE is the problem !!! And I submitted this to be handled at the corporate level with them. This is a customer service issue, and they DO have a problem with that store. Well for $199 you would expect clear water or at least some improvement in the water in. But no. The water never got clear and in fact was worse than when they cleaned it. They never took the turtle out while they were cleaning it and frankly, I don't think they really did a whole lot except for clean the filters and the side of the tank. It was a total waste of our money and a total rip off ! I text the owner twice complaining about the service because I did wait a few days to see if the water cleared up and still just more murky water. You would think being a professional company that they would at least discount what they charged. Especially since the water showed no improvement. But no. Don't waste your money on this company.
