I can't say enough good things about Dr. Soliman and Christy. I called them from my regular veterinarian's office after I found out my dog Marley was in really bad shape. He's always had anxiety and I always planned to use a mobile vet when the time came. I wanted him to be home with his family as comfortable as possible. I texted Christy the day after and asked if there was any way I could get ink impressions of Marley's paw for a tattoo and she made it happened and Dr. Soliman covered the $10 cost. About a week ago was one of the most difficult things my family & I have ever had to go through. We made the strenuous decision to let Kona cross the rainbow bridge. Kona came into our lives 15 years ago at the tender age of 2 months old. He saw us at the most toughest times in our lives, but more importantly the best. He truly was the best puppy dog any human could ever ask for. So kind, forgiving and he loved unconditionally. Although my heart is aching like you wouldn't believe, I'm content knowing that he can finally be the puppy dog he once was, jumping on the bed & sneaking food off the kitchen counter just to name the least. I have been on Yelp since 2013 and have never felt compelled to write any reviews, however, my call this afternoon with the woman who answered was so appalling that I couldn't remain silent. I called on behalf of a family member to get more information about scheduling home euthanasia for a sick cat. The receptionist was so curt and unhelpful, it was like pulling teeth to get any bit of information from her. I have never experienced anyone in animal care who is that passive aggressive and insensitive, who deliberately goes out of her way to avoid answering simple questions. She told me their first available appointment was on Saturday. (Today is Wednesday). When I asked what time on Saturday, her response was "I'm not telling you because it might not be available by the time you schedule it." I ask if they have more than 1 opening on Saturday. Turns out there were 2, and again she says I'm not telling you the time of either opening. It would take me less than 10 minutes to confirm a time with the owner and call back to schedule, so the likelihood of both openings booking up seems low. And if they by chance did book up, are there no other dates she could offer? She was deliberately unhelpful and rude. Putting down a sick pet is a trying time for everyone, especially when an animal is suffering -- so knowing what time the euthanasia can be scheduled goes a long way in helping with planning. I've lost my trust in this business and can't risk making an already difficult situation worse with poor service. read more

Today we put our beloved Shiba Inu to rest. Dr. Soliman and his assistant Ericka explained the process step by step. With my fogged mind and crying, I noticed that I was just nodding and more consumed in my thoughts. But they took the time to make sure it was okay by asking each time they proceeded. They stepped away after my dog received his first shot and gave us that little privacy as he slipped away into deep sleep which was explained. When they came back for the final and fatal dose, they explained that part too and asked to inject him before they proceeded. They gave us our own time and we did not feel rushed. Even though the entire process was about 10 mins and seemed quick, it was reassuring that he was not in pain as they explained. I am beyond appreciative that such services are offered. Many people are probably wondering if the price was worth it and I was once told by my father that sometimes the love for someone even our pets come at a great expense but the last memories of them is priceless. So to us it was well worth it! We will forever remember how peaceful it was when he went to sleep without any pain and in the comfort of his own bed and home. Once they gave the sleep injection they gave me and my baby privacy while the injection took effect. Once he was asleep they told me to let them know when I was ready for the last injection. When they returned, Erica suggested that I bring in my other dogs to sniff and see that he had passed so they wouldn't look for him. I read their reviews and knew this was the best company when we knew it was time to help our precious Maltese, Bella Mia, go to the rainbow bridge. We could tell she had been failing the past several months and now was to a point of refusing to eat most days. She had lost her hearing and seemed disorientated. We would find her standing in a corner unable to turn around and move away from the wall's corner. Of course, we would help her get turned back into the living room area. There were other signs that we were unaware of until she passed. Dr. Solman and Erika explained every step to us before beginning the process. We found them so compassionate allowing us the time to say goodbye to our sweet pet. They would even step outside to give us private time with Bella Mia. When they administered the first injection, our pet soon stopped shaking in pain and looked more peaceful than we had seen her look in a very long time. After about 7-10 minutes she was sleeping so peacefully and they administered the second injection which would stop her dear heart. She didn't feel the injection at all. She passed blood when she died. We had no idea she had been bleeding internally. We cried but also felt at peace knowing and seeing her look so peaceful and no longer in pain.
