The woman who answers the phone is rude and heartless. I emailed a couple weeks ago and they never responded. I have been struggling with putting down my 17 year old chihuahua. I finally decided to call today after my daughter told me that I need to let him go. I asked the woman if I could make an appointment and she offered Tuesday morning. I asked if I could have a weekend appointment because I have jury duty this week. She seemed EXTREMELY annoyed and rudely said "hold on so I can check my calendar ". Like I was bothering her to have to look. I knew then this was not the company for me. This is such a hard decision to make and I don't want such a cold hearted person to assist me. Update: It took the owner six weeks to respond to a negative review, which seems about right for his response time. He claims to have a 1-3 hour response time to messages, with appointments available on weekends and holidays. But he didn't respond to us until 48 hours had passed and we'd contacted him twice. And there's a huge difference between scheduling an appointment 48 hours in advance (which he's now stating is his policy) and it taking him 48 hours simply to message a customer back. This behavior is also not excused by the fact we're in a pandemic. A pandemic doesn't prevent you from typing a message into your phone, my man. In fact, by the time he messaged us back for us to try to set up an appointment, our cat was already dead. Trying to decide when was the right time to euthanize our cat seemed nearly impossible to predict ahead of time. We knew that we were close, but close is never good enough when it comes to our little loved one. She was willing to come up around 8:00pm, when she was done with her calls. She was able to get there around 6:00. She must have raced up the hill . She took her time and let him eat the stew beef we gave him instead of making our soup. He was enjoying it. She introduced herself to him and let him get comfortable with her. She let us all sit on the ground next to him. She also has a sense of humor and I liked her honesty and common sense. She was getting ready to do the deed. She was looking for the best place to park herself and then asked me to trade places. She didn't want to get bit, I said, so you're sacrificing me. Yep, she doesn't like to get bit. That's fair. That right there upped my level of respect for her along with coming that far and after hours. Making the decision when it was time was hard enough. Dr Soliman and Erika were the best. They were very kind and understanding. My Deja Vu (14yrs old) did not like going to the vet office. The woman on the phone was super rude, giving me short 1-2 word answers when asking her to explain services/pricing/procedure.
