Boy am I glad we took a detour and checked it out. Bonnie met us at the door and asked if we needed help. We sure did, as we were adopting a rescue pup the following day and wanted to have all the "stuff" we would need. The knowledge Bonnie has on every product in the store was incredible. She steered us in the right direction on everything from collars to food (the list was long). She was amazingly patient with all the questions we had, plus slipped in some extra information to help us be successful with our new addition. Prices were great. Amazing amount of products including a royalty rewards program, which helped us save some money. The store was immaculate, staff friendly and they have a dog wash area too! I highly recommend checking this place out if you need pet supplies. I will definitely be back.

But, due to animals being shipped from out of state and being placed with other animals. You should bring them to the vet. I've bough piggies here and they've become ill within 24 hours of bringing them home. I always request bedding and hay to replaced in the box cause let's face it. You are taking a tiny little soul from a box that it probably just started adjusting to, then placing it in a box with no comfort. I frequent this store many times and have never met an employee that didn't know a topic or wouldn't refer me to an employee more knowledgeable. Not only are the staff educated and friendly, but they are professional. Gabe, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He speaks authoritatively on the diet and habits, habitats of any given animal . He handed out "print-outs" to us on Bearded Dragons when we asked diet questions. I was quite impressed with the devotion to quality care and handling of the pets "Pet Advantage" serves. This is truly a top-notch pet store in our community ! We are extremely fortunate to have Pet Advantage. The animals are healthy and vigorous, the employees and owner are wonderfully knowledgeable. I had come there for empty cat litter bags for compost which one employee would leave aside for me, they weren't there but I felt like trash needed some attention. I'm sure they will also mistreat fellow employees who didn't see anything wrong with why I was there) Someone had dumped a trash bag full of rained on clothing all over the ground. Maybe you should have your staff, pick up the alley yourselves.... and also tell them to interact with unexpected people with kindness... not rudeness and cruelty. She was also very kind when my dog, of course, vomited in her store. Go figure. Thank god for animal people, for the world would be a lost cause without them! Aside from the dog food, she carries SO many different kinds of chews/rawhide/etc types of treats! A wide range of coats (from simple rain jackets to Russian winter worthy coats) and "clothes". I'm pretty sure she carried even more pet essentials, but I was 100% occupied with the vomit, coats, and treats to notice!
