I wanted to make sure Roo and I would be safe with all of the added stimulus the city brings. We primarily worked on leash training and Roo's confidence. Clay gave us the tools we needed to continue training on our own even after our sessions ended. He still checks in months later and is always available for any questions we have. Roo went from pulling me on a leash and being as stubborn as ever, to walking by my side perfectly. She is confident on the street and is able to go in to stores with me daily. How you do one thing you do everything and you can tell a lot about how a person will treat you by their ability to absorb frustration and disappointment. First time here they nailed it! My cat loved them, he was almost happy to be there because they were so wonderful with him! I had my dwarf bunny fixed here as well, when for some reason vet clinics around here won't do that. He's in tip top shape! When my kitty had to be put down, they were wonderful in the worst situation. So caring and compassionate, to he and I, down to his last breath. They sent me the sweetest sympathy card as well, which meant so much to us. If you love your pets and want the best care for them, this is the place you WILL go. She was also very kind when my dog, of course, vomited in her store. Go figure. Thank god for animal people, for the world would be a lost cause without them! Aside from the dog food, she carries SO many different kinds of chews/rawhide/etc types of treats! A wide range of coats (from simple rain jackets to Russian winter worthy coats) and "clothes". I'm pretty sure she carried even more pet essentials, but I was 100% occupied with the vomit, coats, and treats to notice!

When I did, I was told, "This is what the consultation is for... I get roughly 5 inquiries a day and don't have time to go over everything with every person who reaches out over text." That response felt defensive and dismissive, especially since I was simply trying to understand what I'd be paying for before spending $150 on a consultation. When I suggested a short phone call might help future clients get a clearer idea of the program, I was told, "Thank you for your input on how we should run our business." I was respectful and serious about getting help for my dog, but the overall tone came across as unprofessional and condescending. Clear communication and transparency should come standard with any service -- especially one this costly and important.

We owe Pet Food Warehouse a huge thank you!…read more As first time puppy owners my girlfriend and I were very worried when our Golden Retriever began having loose stools 5-6 times a night. We brought this concern to our vet who ran some tests and ultimately concluded that it was normal and our puppy was just growing. The problem persisted and we rejected the claim from our vet that this issue was just part of growing. We began to question if maybe her food was causing a problem. Worried and confused we stumbled into Pet Wood Warehouse where we explained the situation in length to a younger employee who took the time to listen to our longwinded account of what was going on. He then informed us that he couldn't disagree more with our vet and suggested a new food making sure to explain the process of switching our puppy over. He answered a thousand questions we threw at him and was immensely helpful. The best part? He was totally right! Since the switch our puppy is no longer having loose stools and is now sleeping through the night. We are super grateful for Pet Wood Warehouse and their genuine desire to help the customer out. Would recommend to anyone.
