I couldn't justify paying 2 dollars a minute for a zoom call for my dog on top of the original fee! I understand an in person consult requiring some cost but 65 dollars for 30 minutes all online was not worth it. While I was outside the door, I could hear them talking and laughing about how I had told the vet about my dog sensing she was intimidated by her. Anyway, when they asked me back in my dog was in a panic. They had put a muzzle on her without asking me. I took it off and left. Curly should be working as a cat vet. She traumatized my dog.
