I'm so happy about how Wrigley was groomed with the iconic peach Aussie butt, perfectly brushed (goodbye undercoat), and extra soft plus smelling so good. The bright and cozy shop was located behind the shopping center and there were 2 dedicated parking spots right in front of the shop but plenty of parking close by. I do not recommend this place. I tried their self service dog wash. Their tubs are too flimsy for…read morelarge dogs. And their shampoo's are so watered down that it just squirts out like tapwater. If you do go, you need to bring your own shampoo. On top of that, the "shampoo" smelled like something that's used commercially to mop floors. I've never smelled that smell before and a shampoo. God only knows what I was washing my dog with. When I asked the guy why the shampoos were so watery, he said that "they were running low so they added some water so that they would go farther until their next shipment arrived." Despite my better judgment, I also brought my Shih Tzu there for full grooming because she needed a haircut. When I dropped her off for her APPOINTMENT, the person that was going to groom her told me it would take a couple of hours meaning she would be ready by 11am, having a 9a appointment. At 11:15am I called the store to see if my dog was ready. The Store manager answered the phone and informed me that she would be ready around 2 PM because "they had a lot of walk-ins and other dogs that needed to be groomed too". I said well that's why I made an appointment and that the lady that was grooming my dog said that she would only take about two hours and would be ready at 11 AM. This person on the phone continued to argue with me about "you don't know how dog grooming businesses work," among other abrasive comments. I had gone out to run errands during these two hours and was nearby which is why I called. I decided to go ahead and go over there and pick up my dog - in whatever condition she was in. I figured if she was going to be another 3 hours, she was probably still in a cage waiting for her bath. When I arrived, they brought up my dog, who appeared to have already had her bath and haircut, Which made me extra confused - if she was already finished why did they tell me that she wouldn't be ready until 2 PM? When it was time to pay, one of the employees had to go back and ask what the charge would be for the grooming service. He came back flustered and said it would be $90! For a 15 pound Shih Tzu! I asked why it was so high, and he just said that's the price he was told. I asked to see a price sheet and he acted like he didn't know if one existed. Then he pulled out a price sheet that was laminated on a chain right there by the cash register and told me how these were "old prices from years ago" when he first started even though it was on a chain and laminated and right there dangling from the cash register. The price sheet for a Shih Tzu said $65 and up. I would certainly like to know why I was charged $90! Of course, there was no explanation. I cannot emphasize enough how much I do not recommend this place - self-serve or full groom. Save yourself a headache and possibly injury to your pet and go someplace else!

We had an early appt at 9 am and dropped our sweet girl off for bath, haircut, nail trim and paid extra for the holiday package. They said takes 3-4 hours for our 6 month old puppy. All good. So I don't hear anything by 12:15 so just head back to the store thinking when I get there she will be almost done when I arrive at 12:45. Nope. Fine - they are busy- totally understand. They say 15 more minutes as I watch them take our girl from the back and put her on platform for the minor trim work we asked for around her face and to clean up sanitary area. Oh and that nail trim. 30 minutes later I go back in and she is done ( they did not let me know as I just kept wandering the store) but the minor haircut looks like I did the " bang trim" myself at home. So crooked and messy. Definitely rushed even though I said do not rush. She looks silly. Also nails not done ( I realized at home when I got scratched) and sanitary not done. $100 + dollars for a bath, blowout and really poor hair cut. Never going back there. Wilsonville is so much better. That tech should be retrained. She is horrible.

The store and the bathing stations are spotless. Super friendly staff, too. Highly recommended!
