I can't say enough good things about them. I was really impressed with the attention and care they took with our elderly blind pup w/severe anxiety. She was unusually comfortable off the bat as if she knew she was in good hands. Being a last minute appointment, we were so thrilled to find that when we picked her up she looked better than ever! What a phenomenal job! Needless to say, we will not be going anywhere else ever! Thank you so much Bowser's! You guys are family now.

She charged me $60 for a bath, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning, and shave around her butt. Chowder looks and smells great and also got a snazzy little bandana! So happy with the service and highly recommend coming here! She will not disappoint. Update: I came again this weekend and it was a different lady for grooming and she wasn't as nice as the lady on sundays. She also threw away the bandana that my cat had on before which was a Halloween bandana and my mom dropped her off and I forgot to remind her to take it off. But when I asked about it she said she threw it away because it was dirty. I understand things can get lost but to just throw someone's stuff away because you thought it was dirty didn't sit well with me. I could've easily washed it because she probably just got food on it while she was eating. Chowder looked great after and had a bandana from them but I'll stick with coming on sundays. At least the groomer on sundays doesn't throw away my stuff.

I've been working on growing her hair back, so I was especially nervous about getting her face even slightly trimmed. But she did an AMAZING job! She framed her face beautifully, and now I can actually see my dog's eyes without taking too much hair off. She still has plenty of her beautiful coat, and the cut looks so natural and well done. I'm beyond happy with how she turned out and will definitely be coming back!

I was a little skeptical about this place when I saw the ratings here on Yelp, but I wanted to give them a try before I judge them. I took my 6-month-old puppy to this place for the first time today and my experience was absolutely horrible. When I brought my puppy back to my car, I noticed that she had a little dirt looking stuff on one of her nails. I took a close look at it and immediately realized that it was her blood. I took her right back to the place and showed it to the guy and he said "oh, her nail was too short." Shouldn't "I'm sorry" have come out first??!?! He also added "I know it's your puppy and all, but she moved a lot cause she's a puppy and it's only one so..., we also put quick aid too." This is exactly what he said. That really pissed me off, so I told him I would've appreciated his work more if he told me what happened in the first place and that's how it should've been handled. Then he said "it won't happen again," but he NEVER said "sorry" or "I apologize." So does he think that it's okay to hurt puppies because they're puppies? As far as the customer service is concerned, the guy wasn't as rude as some of the reviews said AT FIRST, so that was a relief, but when I went back to pick my puppy up after four hours, he had a little attitude (which I don't understand why because he cut my puppy's nail short). I paid $50 for a bath, hair cut, nail trimming, emptying glands, and ear cleaning. Although he quoted $45 when I called this place three days prior to my today's appointment, I didn't want to argue about $5, so I just paid $50 with my debit card. When I got my receipt, it didn't have an option for me to write the tip amount, so I ended up swiping again. Again, I don't know why he didn't tell me beforehand. It would've saved him some money on transaction fees, but maybe he didn't mind not getting some tips because he knew what he did. Now that I think about it, I don't even know what I tipped them. Her haircut is VERY uneven and looks patchy. I get that she's a puppy and it was her first time grooming, so maybe uneven haircut was inevitable. However, even when I trimmed her nails at home, bleeding has never happened before and that, in fact, is unacceptable for so-called professionals or certified groomers. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They don't care about your dogs or puppies. If they really cared, this wouldn't have happened to my puppy and he would've sincerely apologized instead of trying to hide it from me.

I have a Westie and what groomers typically do is a really funny looking classic cut with long hair on the bottom and a big face; I told them that was the opposite of what I wanted, and desired Charlotte to have a puppy cut. I also informed them that every time my dog goes to the groomers, she comes back with a really bad ear infection, so to be careful around them. I picked her up today, after receiving a very convenient text that she was ready, and I'm so happy!! She looks and smells GREAT, and you can tell she feels good too. They gave her a cute little bandana, and I got her a squeaky toy because they also have a shop where you can buy pet accessories. They then brought out their own Westie that they keep around the shop to show me how our dogs were playing!! How cute!! Thank you so much, guys!

After years of recommending this groomer and bringing my multiple dogs here, I've decided to take…read moremy business elsewhere. I initially overlooked the owner's abrasive attitude and my dog's apparent fear of the place, despite his claims that my dog was aggressive. However, after trying other groomers and consistently receiving glowing feedback about my dog's sweet behavior, it became clear that this wasn't the right fit. At other places, my dog is calm and content. One instance that sealed my decision was when I got a call, 30 minutes after picking up my dog, saying he was ready for pickup. When I mentioned that I had already taken him home, there was no apology... just "ok" before hanging up. Like excuse me? No sense of security here. While the grooming here is acceptable, there are definitely better options out there with superior service and kinder handling.
