Amazing ER vet! Caring, thorough and professional. They don't oversell unnecessary scans and tests. They treat the problem accordingly. The staff are amazing from the front desk to the nurses and doctors . I've been a few times for my maltipoo and she always receives excellent care

My boy still has more car rides in his future thanks to Dr Azragar!

My adorable, sweet and funny 7yr old Cavalier has heart failure. He's has several escalations of symptoms and after having an absolutely horrid experience at VMCLI (where my pup's cardiologist is) we came to Pet ER for the first time in April. We have sadly had to come back 2x since then, but we are so grateful Dr Azragar is right in our community. He took wonderful care of my sweet boy and the rest of the staff was amazing too. As sick as my little guy gets when he has fluid in his lungs, he loves Dr Azragar and the staff so much, he's looking for belly rubs. That makes my Mama heart happy when I know I have to leave him overnight. The Vet is very honest and forthcoming and truly cares about the pets he treats. So grateful for Dr A and staff! To Dr. A: Quinn says "thank you!"

Avoid this place at all costs. It is my opinion that the doctor and staff are unprofessional and do not care about animals. The concern is only about making money and overcharging. They will also perform services without notifyimg you in advance and then try to charge you for it. I'm a Three Village Dad (3VD), and volunteered for the SCSPCA for over five years. Go to another clinic and avoid this place at all costs. I attached photos. One of an email to Azagar demonstrating that he is being less than truthful about not knowing who my dog was, she was there yesterday and a post I put up on 3VD to make sure they know what occurred. This demonstrates that I am a member of the 3VD's and he doesn't have my support.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Azagrar and his staff!! Our puppy was diagnosed quivvkltand treated, VERY reasonable fees

He also told me right away how much this treatment cost and if we had insurance. They fixed my poor suffering cat. He stayed there for two days and I could take him home. I am very thankful that my cat survived. Thank you! The staff was very patient with me as well. I had thousands of questions but they were very patient with me. Again, my cat is alive and if I would have an emergency I would bring my pet there again.

Both visits was because it was during off hours hence my primary vet was closed. We were seen quickly and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I never felt rushed or stupid for asking questions. My most recent visit, I had to rush my dog in and they saw him right away. I had initially called as I was unsure if his behavior warranted a visit so they had me send a video clip to make sure and they did recommend him to be seen. During his stay, they called to update me on any happenings which thankfully there were none. At discharge, they supplied me with medication and a script to get a little more in case I couldn't get a quick follow up visit with my primary vet. Though it is pricey (each visit I opted for several hours of observation), I expected it but you aren't pressured to do anything. They will print out an estimate and breakdown of what and how much everything would cost. Then as the pawrent, you decide. They have a free private parking lot and 24 hour visiting hours or you can stay with your pet. There's always someone there so I felt confident my furbaby was safe.

Ollie is very anxious while at the vet and Dr Passannante got down on the floor and helped make Ollie comfortable and in turn made me much more comfortable as well. I had to endure unnecessary commentary from a very cruel and dismissive veterinarian. He had no idea that I am involved w rescue , TNR and am active w the ASPCA so his attitude , lack of compassion and downright belligerent attitude was heartbreaking unnecessary and highly unprofessional. Given the extremely expensive service provided for less than 6 hours of care just under $4000! My suggestion . This Dr. should definitely take some sensitivity classes. I am Very sad for anyone who has to deal with him moving forward. Thankful for a nurse who intervened on our behalf. The ER staff who attended my beautiful black brindle Corso were truly wonderful.

Watching him fight for his life was one of the hardest things I've ever been through, but your team never gave up on him. I'm a firm believer in the power of positive energy and love, and I truly felt that at VEG. Beyond the teams incredible intelligence and skill, you provided a sense of peace even while I was completely distraught. You are all so personable that I actually found myself enjoying little moments with you, which made such a nightmare situation feel a little less dark. Wally is my absolute world, my best friend and my biggest source of happiness, seeing the compassion you poured into him means everything to me. Thank you for not giving up on him and for giving us more years of life together. You are all truly angels on earth and will have a permanent place in my heart. I wish you all the biggest blessings. The staff at West Hills Animal Hospital is outstanding: uniformly compassionate, generous,,…read moreefficient, and thorough. In almost 55 years patronizing multiple veterinarians, none has come close to demonstrating the commitment to my dogs' well-being that West Hills continues to display. For example, Cassandra, who works in the front office, suggested an effective means to expedite the delivery of a second course of antibiotics because I was concerned that I might complete administering the first course prior to receiving them. The veterinarian prescribed these antibiotics during a follow-up phone call; this medication would normally have been shipped over the course of several days. Andy, an office manager volunteered to make the arrangements to have the expidited delivery. Faith, a veterinary assistant, was essential to my timely receipt of the medication. Leydes, in the front office, volunteered to complete and email a detailed written estimate for future procedures when I requested an oral summary.; moreover, she composed and emailed the estimate while I was on the phone with her. Furthermore, Leydes was kind and conscientious enough to immediately forward a second estimate when she was not satisfied with the accuracy of the first. Dr. Multani, the veterinarian who has diagnosed and performed multiple procedures on my dog, has followed up examinations immediately with extremely detailed results which she has patiently explained. She has also offered to contact other, unaffiliated practices to gather relevant information for diagnoses, and patiently answered a number of detailed questions during a follow-up consultation. In general, the staff at West Hills continues to demonstrate utmost commitment to the welfare of my dog and has exceeded my every expectation throughout each phase of my interactions with staff. Both my dog and I could not be in more capable and attentive hands.
