Holly at the desk is absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoke with. Emily the groomer just acts like she doesn't like our dogs. This is a huge disappointment since we've been customers there for many years. My dog Louie was sick today and was throwing up. Holly told me our groomer had no other appts until our next groom in February. She said since Louie was sick and Mia, our other dog was not, they would have to charge me a fee for Mia not showing up for her appt today. I have had nothing but difficulty and negativity since our groomer moved. I asked Holly to speak to a manager or owner and she told me they would not be returning my call and we were no longer welcome there. This is after I asked her to cancel my upcoming appts that were booked each month this year. I am sure that Louie and Mia are much better not going to this place. But it is still upsetting that this is the loyalty we receive for being a customer with recurring appts every 2 weeks for years, and this is how they would treat us.

She would groom him while he was laying down the entire time. We have taken them to daycare, and they now look forward to going all the time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

On the day of his appointment, she called first thing in the morning to let me know there may be some noisy dogs that might scare him and offered to groom him on her day off instead. While I still took my dog in since other dogs barking don't usually bother him, I deeply appreciated this offer and it just goes to show that they truly care about the dogs they see! They do a fabulous job with the wash, dry, and cut. They always look well cut, they do a great job working with our temperamental dogs with the hair dryer, and know how to work well with reactive dogs. I can't say enough good things about them. Our friend even called to book an appointment for her Aussie after seeing our pups. I will say it's pricey, over $100 for a groom, however with as many horror stories as I've heard and seen, it's worth it for a good cut.

Which is about the worst thing a sheepdog/poodle mix can be. Until I called Pets Earth. Taylor and Marnie are just about the two most kind, caring people I've ever met. I called with just general questions, trying desperately to find some relief for my poor boy. I was planning to take him to a vet and have him sedated to get shaved. It seemed like the only option. Who would be willing to work with a so often turned-away dog? Taylor convinced me "bring him in. We'll take a look and come up with a game plan." I went in fully expecting to hear "no way." Until they said the magic words "he's totally groomable" I wanted to cry. No one's believed in this dog, and here are two people who just spent 30 minutes of their time making sure he feels as comfortable as possible, willing to put in the work for him. They got him in, right then and there. As cheesy as it sounds, these women have performed a Christmas miracle, and I can genuinely say from the bottom of my heart I couldn't be more thankful.

We requested a punky look for Mr. Fitz instead of the standard "puppy cut". The results are fun and perfect for our energetic little Shitzu. The staff seemed excited to do something non-traditional with his cut. He came out happy happy happy, with a fresh cut, nails trimmed and bath. The shampoo they use is very nice and lingered for days. They finished off the visit with a green bandana that made for a perfect visit. Well done, we'll be back in 8 weeks!
