She is able to groom him in a timely manner and doesn't have him waiting in a kennel for long before and after grooming. My old groomer would have him for 8+ hours a day and he'd be kenneled the whole time. He would come home fearful. Now he is proud to show off his haircut and doesn't seem to be too shaken up after the appointment. I recently got another dog and Melody grooms her to perfection. She knows how to handle the dogs and goes above and beyond. They always come home smelling and looking amazing. Pricing is affordable as well. The Pugs were pampered and treated to homemade natural cookies made by Terrie herself. It is clear that she has a love in her heart for fur babies. Even my feisty little girl, Emma took to her. My Maltese has pretty bad anxiety because of his past as a puppy mill survivor and I let the groomer know this. On the day of his appointment, she called first thing in the morning to let me know there may be some noisy dogs that might scare him and offered to groom him on her day off instead. While I still took my dog in since other dogs barking don't usually bother him, I deeply appreciated this offer and it just goes to show that they truly care about the dogs they see!
