The last time I was there, the gal working upfront at the register, seemed really mad for some reason. She scoffed or huffed and rolled her eyes when I would ask for something or ask a question. It just really seemed like she didn't want to be there. This most recent time, I was only given the shampoo and not the conditioner for the self wash that I ordered. Once I started the wash, I realized that one was missing, but couldn't very well leave my wet dog to go ask. I also thought they might've stopped offering conditioner and maybe they just only had shampoo...When I mentioned it at the front desk, there was no apology or offer of a small discount. Instead, the person at the front said "well, if you would have told us, we probably would've given it to you." Not a huge deal, but it just bugged me the way she spoke to me.

However, the last 2 times I took…read moremy multipoo to Pet's Earth, once to Papillion and this time to Bennington, I've had a less than satisfactory experience. Both times I expressed my dissatisfaction after the groom and asked for assistance in fixing the problem. The time at Papillion they offered to groom him at a later date at no cost. I was not able to make it in due to a family move. Next, I took him to the Bennington location and, again, he came out looking like a first day groomer had groomed him. I took him back in today, a week later. The groomer was obviously not happy about having to fix him and said, she didn't have time to bathe him, (that I should have told them I wanted that!) what's more, she didn't really know what more she could do for him. When I asked if she really thought this looked like a dog who had just been groomed a week ago, she defiantly said yes. I was incredulous and tried explaining he was all choppy, he didn't even look like he'd been bathed the last time, nor had his ears been brushed out. The manager tried to be an intermediary, but ultimately took the groomer's side. At which point, I just shook my head and said I'm done and left. I have 4 standard poodles and a multipoo. I think a more courteous congenial attitude toward fixing the problem was in order before losing over $500 every 6 weeks to groom my crew! I was calm, explained what was wrong, and did not get angry. But I was frustrated and stupefied why they couldn't just shape him up and make him look fresh and well groomed. She came home and will now calmly sit or lay while we make food, play on the floor, and eat in the kitchen. She is no longer jumping on my kids and chewing on their toys. I am so happy with how much she has learned and the training that we have gotten to help her generalize all of her new skills to our home. We could not be happier and I know Maggie will be a happier presence in our family because she is so much better at listening!

They are not perfect of course, but now we know how to communicate. I know we used to stress our dogs out and they did the same to us. Taking our dogs for a walk before was a nightmare, but now they make you want to get out and show the world how amazing walking with your dogs can be! We as owners need training also. Just because we buy a dog, feed, and shelter it doesn't make us great leaders. Some owners are well versed and others not so much. With every service, we buy these days we always ask: What is the price? I challenge you to think different. What is the OUTCOME? Invest in training and you will have an amazing bond with your dog you never know possible! Diana is passionate about what she does. You can tell her love for animals stems from true compassion. She treats them as if they were her own. She is genuine, talented, and extremely knowledgeable. We would recommend her to everyone and anyone! This was probably the third place that I called to get my little long-haired Chihuahua groomed…read moreafter we moved here to the Omaha area most places were booked out for pets paradise the girl took time to talk to me find out what kind of dog I had and talk to me about her and got me in to see Nikki. This was her first visit and my dog and only had one groomer since I'd had her she was a rescue and somewhat apprehensive of people. Nikki took the time to get down on her level and talk to her and surprisingly foxy let her pitter and went back into the grooming area with her. We just went for our second visit and foxy's pet cute little bows in her hair and doesn't seem to mind going there for her bath and grooming. I must say the store just curious I'm very nice products and they were very helpful to me. Thank you Nikki and thank you to the staff.

We were…read moreso worried about hiring a sitter for our senior Navia Kitty until we met Kelly-Ann and Tyegh. Navia loved them immediately at her first meet & greet with them in our home. I typically will not hire anyone on a first interview, but it was so easy to hire them! They are professional, skilled, responsible, caring, kind, warm, observant, responsive, honest, and hard-working people for which we are so grateful to know. We could not have trusted just anybody to come into our home and stay with our very precious, spoiled & demanding Navia Kitty. We travelled 7 hours away and we were never worried or concerned. Tyegh sent the most wonderful photos to us every day showing happy Navia doing her usual routine. Our home was immaculately clean & everything in place when we returned. Upon our return, Navia looked around us purring and seemingly responded, "Where's Tyegh? When is your next trip? Bring Tyegh & Kelly-Ann back now!"
