Wag has been a life saver with my two cats who REFUSE to let us trim their nails at home. It's $15…read morea cat to get all four feet trimmed and they are so fast. My chill cat is out in 2 minutes and my squirmy one is out in 3. They've never hurt them or made their nails bleed or anything like that. $15 every few weeks is so worth the girls having soft feet and not having to go through the battle of trimming them at home. Also the staff is so kind. The person working the register every time I am there is so sweet and helpful. The groomer is gentle with them and takes great care of them. Aside from the general stress of taking my cats out of the house, they are treated great at Wag and the staff is calm and gentle and work to keep the cats safe and calm. They've also got a fun selection of toys, snacks, food, and accessories (if you're lucky enough to have a pet that will wear them ). I totally recommend and will continue bringing my girls here until they give me a reason not to (which I don't foresee). I cannot vouch for the other grooming they do because I've only had my cat's nails done, no other services yet.

I've been taking my dogs to Downtown Hound for probably years now and my dogs absolutely love that…read moreplace! The prices are good- i've found it's cheaper than most places in the area. The facility is clean, there are usually people in the rooms with the dogs playing with them and loving on them. My dogs are always excited to go, and I love that they offer grooming services so they can get groomed while at daycare! It is an all indoor facility, so I feel like my dogs will come home and their paws will smell like pee, so that isn't always the best. I also wish they sent you photos throughout the day, but for the price, it's not a dealbreaker for me at all!

Not the brightest bulbs at this place. My vaccination place wrote the date on my dog's vaccination…read morecertificate as 3-25-29 accidentally. I'm writing this on 4-10-25. Clearly the certificate writer meant 3-29-25. But Downtown Hound says they cannot take the certificate because it has the wrong date on it, even though it looks like it "might" have been a mistake, Gee, do you think? Or do you suppose that I had the vaccination done in 1929? Or I traveled to the future and had it done in 2029? Really, if the people who work at Downtown Hound are this dense, I don't trust them with my dog. People all over the world write dates in different ways, so it's not as if you don't run into dates all the time that don't follow the mm-dd-yyyy format. Really stupid. (Note that the vaccination certificate, which I got during a drive-through vaccination event, even has the holographic stickers on it to show it's real,)

They even asked my daughter if she wanted a popsicle, which was very kind. We did have a bit of a wait to see the veterinarian, but we completely understood since it was a Saturday. I wouldn't say this is the most affordable clinic, but we continue coming here because it's convenient, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming.

We've been taking our dog to Lone Tree Animal Care Center for the past couple of years, and our…read moreexperience has consistently been positive -- especially with Dr. Emily. Our dog is very fearful at the vet, and Dr. Emily handles him with so much patience and intention. She actually sits down on the floor with him to help him feel safe, which says a lot about how she approaches care. It never feels rushed or clinical in a cold way -- it feels thoughtful. I also really appreciate the small details, like writing each animal's name on the check-in board. It's such a simple touch, but it makes the whole visit feel more personal. Pricing has been about average compared to other clinics in the area, and scheduling appointments is usually straightforward and easy. If you have an anxious pet and want a team that takes the time to make them comfortable, this is a great place to consider.

My Charlotte is a lot.. and by that, I mean she is a diva, bossy, and typically requires royal treatment. This facility continues to grow and have more and more clients. But they always roll out the red carpet for my girl! They greet her with excitement as soon as she walks in the door, they usually give me a report of her behavior (because I have to know if she behaved ) however, daycare isn't the reason for this review. A few weeks ago I mentioned to April (the groomer) that I may want her to give Charlotte a fresh look, and promised to give her noticed before this diva walks into her salon! I was not expecting Charlotte to cooperate much. But when I picked her up... she looked ready for the Met Gala! She had been bathed, dried. Smelled great, her pants, legs, and body were trimmed, all of her nappy fur and the undercoat was gone. I felt so much relief and stress lift off my shoulders. Her undercoat has taken over my house this summer. I've never seen so much shedding. To some people this place is just a groomer, or just a daycare. To us these people are Charlotte's home away from home. They love her and spoil her and I carry so much trust in them to treat her as she expects (like royalty) Thank you all for everything you do for her and for my heart!! Would NOT trust your fur baby here. This dog groomer is not…read moregentle or caring and her demeanor and actions were so rude and disrespectful. Groomer has such a bad attitude and displayed no sympathy for our dog. First red flag was when my mom dropped our dog off she was aggressively pulling on his leash and her approach was very hostile to get our dog to follow her. Dogs can sense hostility. This is already an uncomfortable situation so groomers need to display patience and be gentle in receiving pets to build a sense of trust. Do not expect this of this groomer. Second and final red flag was 10-15 minutes later and receiving a call to "come get your fucking dog, I'm not doing it." Showed up to pick our dog up and she tells my mom "lady your a bitch, take your fucking dog" among other obscenities. Would NOT trust your fur babies here because your dog will be mistreated.
