We never have to stay long in the waiting room and can get right into the treatment room. We've received fantastic care for him over the years and have no plans to go anywhere else. Beside the quality care, I like the fact that they are close (as my dog has aged he is not very tolerant of long car trips) and have a nice area outside for him to do his business before the visit. I also appreciate that they take digital payment, and even now allow payment right in the treatment room.

My boy had a fractured tooth and normally I would take him to a vet that deals with only cats but their calendar was pretty full so I chose Bellevue animal Hospital. I'm so glad I did. I was worried about barking dogs, but they had me call when I got there and let me wait in my car until a room was open. Everyone there is super nice. I loved our veterinarian. She took all the time we needed for a whole list of questions that I had. She took a lot of worry about what I have been stressed over for a week. Looks like we found a new vet when we cannot use a mobile one!

What business is that of his? When did personal family discussions become part of his diagnosis and included the report. A nosy, shallow person.

I have been taking my dogs here for many years but after the closing of there second location they can no longer help you with your dog on going conditions without a physical although my dog is know by name when I call or walk into the clinic. Rather than trying to understand the situation or provide a professional resolution, she chose to cancel my appointments. As for the grooming services, I only continued using Tez after Brandon left the company, but unfortunately, the quality of service has not met my expectations. Holly at the desk is absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoke with. Emily the groomer just acts like she doesn't like our dogs. This is a huge disappointment since we've been customers there for many years. My dog Louie was sick today and was throwing up. Holly told me our groomer had no other appts until our next groom in February. She said since Louie was sick and Mia, our other dog was not, they would have to charge me a fee for Mia not showing up for her appt today. I have had nothing but difficulty and negativity since our groomer moved. I asked Holly to speak to a manager or owner and she told me they would not be returning my call and we were no longer welcome there. This is after I asked her to cancel my upcoming appts that were booked each month this year. I am sure that Louie and Mia are much better not going to this place. But it is still upsetting that this is the loyalty we receive for being a customer with recurring appts every 2 weeks for years, and this is how they would treat us.
