I've been taking my dogs to Downtown Hound for probably years now and my dogs absolutely love that place! The prices are good- i've found it's cheaper than most places in the area. The facility is clean, there are usually people in the rooms with the dogs playing with them and loving on them. My dogs are always excited to go, and I love that they offer grooming services so they can get groomed while at daycare! It is an all indoor facility, so I feel like my dogs will come home and their paws will smell like pee, so that isn't always the best. I also wish they sent you photos throughout the day, but for the price, it's not a dealbreaker for me at all! read more

Not the brightest bulbs at this place. My vaccination place wrote the date on my dog's vaccination certificate as 3-25-29 accidentally. I'm writing this on 4-10-25. Clearly the certificate writer meant 3-29-25. But Downtown Hound says they cannot take the certificate because it has the wrong date on it, even though it looks like it "might" have been a mistake, Gee, do you think? Or do you suppose that I had the vaccination done in 1929? Or I traveled to the future and had it done in 2029? Really, if the people who work at Downtown Hound are this dense, I don't trust them with my dog. People all over the world write dates in different ways, so it's not as if you don't run into dates all the time that don't follow the mm-dd-yyyy format. Really stupid. Staff is friendly, however we will do not recommend this service for a multitude of reasons. 1. Downtown hound is co-owned by the same owners of Tully's kennels, a well known pet store in the Omaha area with links to puppy mills and a general lack of care for the puppies they sell. 2. When we brought our puppy to to the location we were assured he would be kept in an area with puppies his age and size, we found this to be untrue and walked into the store to find him being bullied by larger dogs. 3. The staff is not attentive to your dogs, or the aggressive nature of other dogs. Upon picking up our puppy we found bite marks on both his ears and neck. Neither of these were brought to our attention when we picked up our dog and has severely effected his training when it comes to interactions with other puppies, especially those of larger sizes. If I could give zero I would!!! I just picked up my Goldendoodle and he looks exactly what I said not to do! They ruined his hair, the cut is jagged all the way around, his skin underneath is red and I found several spots where it's irritated and possibly bleed a little. I was in a frantic search for a day care for Ruby after she was having trouble adjusting to her new home. Found this place stopped in and sign up was super easy. I love the large windows where you can see the play areas. Ruby is very skittish ok around some dogs and scared of others. I explained this to them and they reassured me how they would introduce her to the groups. I left quickly and then worried about her for most of the day. I almost came and picked her up early but did not. When I came back I could see her running around and playing with the group and the person in the room was soo very attentive to all the dogs and really had control of the room. Great experience very clean and I recommend. It is pretty pricey though. I would use much more but I am being budge conscience. I get it though. The staff were very attentive to my blind dog that is older and has trouble moving around. They knew right away to allow her to have space to herself since she cannot see other dogs. They kept me informed of how my dog was doing while she was there and were just so friendly to work with! My dog gets anxiety when boarded and usually has a really hard time adjusting, but she had a happy demeanor when I picked her up and seemed to not have any anxiety at all! I was first introduced to Downtown Hound by a good friend who uses the services here regularly for his two pups and has been a patron for a year+. We have met ppl at the dog park that use the services here and gave me good feedback about their experiences. I was still apprehensive about spending $15 for a 1/2 day (5 hours max) of dog daycare. The positive of dog daycare is that your dog gets socialization and energy burned while you are working or off doing other things. The con is that they may pick up bad behavior from other dogs, or be mistreated/neglected by other dogs or human staff. My dog does not bark as an alert or when someone approaches, and that is a behavior I am worried he will pick up from others in a "pack" setting, as many dogs run to the window and bark when newcomers enter. Also, they potty in the pen and it is cleaned up, so I dont want reversals on his house training. On our first visit, I arrived with my dog and my good friend with his two dogs. I figured the new environment might be easier with other members of his normal "pack" with him. It was a Saturday and we did not have to make a reservation for our 1/2 day session. Parking was simple street parking, and we walked into the business no problem. First thing I noticed is that it smelled good in there. I mean for 50 dogs- it was pretty clean smelling. They do daycare, grooming, and boarding. You first see a big window with all the dogs and play areas. Dogs during the week are separated by size (more dogs during the week) and temperament. On the weekends there are less dogs, so they all stay together in one pen. They are given water, and there are various play things in the pens. Some dogs are isolated due to temperament or when they need a nap. Staff are inside the enclosures with the dogs. My friend D has told me that there has been a lot of staff turn over recently. I can see the disorganized manner in which they function there. Communication seems lost on them. I was not given a warm welcome (as other reviews indicated as well) as a new paying client, was not offered a tour, and was not explained on how things work here. I understand I was with D, who is very familiar with the system, but still felt I deserved some kind of "new client intro". They also took my dog from me quickly without explanation on where he was going or asking what I consider key questions like "when did he last potty?" "Is he fixed? (what if he wasn't and gets a female dog pregnant????)" "is he ok with all dogs? (he is on the smaller size)" "do you have concerns or questions?". They were more flustered that I was new, and then only focused on the proof of vaccination paperwork. Eventually they did ask about neutering to my relief, but still, I had to give my own paragraph of intro to them about my dogs temperament and what his needs are, and also took it upon myself to ask the questions I had without prompting. At pick up, they brought out D's dogs right away, and we stood patiently waiting for mine. And waited. and waited. Turns out-miscommunication again! They didn't know they were supposed to grab mine too..eyeroll. Anyway, he was happy as can be to see me, but also seemed to want to stay and play more. His thick fleece coat had picked up the scent of the room he was in, which smelled like some kind of cleaner. Not terrible, but it was awful strong on the ride home and in my house afterwards. He was there for 4 hours and had to pee pretty badly and poop when we got home, so I take it he was running a lot and drank a bunch of water. Hes a bit of a "shy" potty user and probably held it bc of all the dogs around and our strict "no pee indoor policy". **FYI subsequent visit updates: On the next few visits things seemed a lot more calm and under control. I explained that I didnt really get a proper intro and she took me and my dog on a tour of the facility and was very through in explaining everything, I was much happier leaving my dog there after those visits** read more

I would add no stars if that was possible. I decided to try out the daycare before having my 1 yr. dog stay for a week while I was on vacation. Thank god! My dog was there for a full work day, I went to go pick him up and it was taking forever for them to bring him to me. I asked how he did and they said he did great, he was an "angel". Finally someone comes out and they explain that another dog was teething and got blood on my dog so they were trying to get him clean. I did see more blood but assumed that they were right and it was from another dog. I could tell that he was exhausted and stressed out but I thought it was because this was his first time at a doggy daycare. I immediately took him to get a bath at a local pet store, because he smelled absolutely terrible. I couldn't believe what I saw when we started to get him wet. He had bite marks, bruises, scratches all over his whole body - too many to count. The blood was obviously his own. I called the pet store employees over to get their opinion and we decided to call the vet immediately. We ended up not taking him in because he didn't have any deep cuts and wasn't actively bleeding. I called Downtown Hound right away and all they had to say was sorry. I asked when the they thought this could of happened and they said right before I got there. How could he have gotten that many bites and scratches if someone was watching him? Why the story about another dog teething? And if there was an altercation why wouldn't they just tell me vs. acting like nothing happened. My dog had diarrhea for three days and didn't want to play for the entire weekend. It took him three days to start to act like himself. I do not recommend Downtown Hound, I was extremely disappointed. read more

This place is conveniently located so I tried it. I was super excited and thought my dog would love it because he LOVES everyone and every dog. He loves other dogs so much. Dogs of all sizes. I told the receptionist and owner that when I dropped him off. I looked in the active area while signing my pup in and i saw an employee with an open cleaning bucket and mop, which she kept leaving completely unsupervised in a room full of active dogs. I said, what's up with that because I worry my dog would drink out of it. And the owner said this and that about "dogs should know better and there's water positioned on the walls of the indoor play area." When I came to get him I excitedly looked into the play area expecting to see my dog having fun and no. He wasn't there. They then said he had been "in a big dog area with 2 or 3 other dogs running around" for the 5 or 6 hrs he was there. Ok... I thought. Where is that "big dog room?" They brought him out and he was STRESSED OUT, HEAVILY BREATHING, SHOWING SIGNS OF FEAR, AND SMELLED STRONGLY OF CORN CHIPS OR DIRTY FEET. I was heart broken. I said I was bummed and expected him to be tired and happy when I picked him up, just like after an hour at the dog park. They said "Oh he will probably be tired when you get home." He wasn't tired when we got home. He was totally freaked out all night. He didn't perk up or show any signs of his normal happy self. I'm never going to take him here again. I don't know what they did with him while he was there but I fear they kept him a dark room alone with the lights off. And he doesn't like to be alone, he's very social. Thats exactly why I brought him to daycare. To be social and have fun while I was at work. Strongly dissappointed. I do not recommend. read more

I will add a lengthier review when I have more time, but I think it is important that people know about my experience. I used downtown hound for about 6 months. During that time, downtown hound shaved my 7 month goldendoodle down from about 4-6 inches of fur to less than one inch of fur without my permission. This totally changed the look of my dog and they did this in the middle of winter! I was devastated. There is a serious lack of organization at this place. It's been just over two months since they shaved my dog without permission and even now when I look at my dog I sometimes get a pang of anger because I feel like I was robbed of the cute puppy hair stage goldendoodles are known for. His hair has never been the same and it's clear it is not growing back as it once was. The owner actually had the gall to suggest he was doing me a favor by not charging me! I couldn't believe it. Be very very careful with this place. They have no idea what they are doing. I'm sure they mean well, but don't be surprised if you go to pick up your dog one day and he or she has been groomed without your permission. read more

So I called not knowing what to expect since I have a 110 pound Newfi and he needed groomed asap. They got me in the next day, let me drop him off before work and was an absolute delight about everything. I told them that he didn't really get along with other dogs that much and she said " no problem we will watch him" when they finished up Toby she called and said he is playing with all the other dogs and to take my time getting her because he is having a blast. So when I went to pick him up he looked like a complete different dog he was shiny and hair was trimmed great and was wore out from playing with all the other dogs. I couldn't be any happier with this place. I live on a 168th st in Gretna and work nowhere near downtown and this will be the ONLY place we take our dogs from now on defiantly worth the extra drive to take your dog here. read more

My dog Harley only went here for a couple of months before we moved but she loved it so much. I couldn't get the door open fast enough before she was pulling me in. All of the workers knew her name and recognized me when I came to pick her up. Also, everyday she came home tired! It's really close to downtown and has good street parking. If I could give zero stars I would. One day (6 hours) of taking my dog here and she had so many bites and scratches on her you would've thought she came from a damn dog fighting facility. And when I asked how she did on her first day the girl at the front desk said she was with the "rowdy" crowd, which I fully expected since she just turned a year old and is a pretty hyper puppy still. But she failed to mention how they decided to shave patches around some of the wounds behind my dogs ears for whatever fucking reason. It just prompted me to inspect her entire body when I got home to find any further marks and I found a total of 10 deep bites and scratches so clearly whoever is looking after these dogs aren't very attentive at their job. I worked at a doggie daycare for 2 years so I understand more than anyone how things roll behind closed doors at places like this and understand that with off leash/open play areas there is always risk for bites and scratches. But the facility I worked at NEVER would've allowed dogs to be this rough and attacked over and over like this! In those 2 years working there, I NEVER sent a dog home looking like this. Even when dogs did get injured or picked on more than normal we were always very transparent with the owners at pick up time so that we kept their trust and ensured them we would be more careful with what group we put their dog in next time. If we ever noticed certain dogs not getting along or certain dogs being picked on more than others we switched the groups they were playing in for the safety of all involved. Dogs are moody just like humans so they really should be paying way closer attention to the behavior of every dog in their care. I'm not sure why I expected so much when both times I called prior to taking my dog there both the girls at the front desk seemed inconvenienced to even take my calls to answer my questions and then had shitty attitudes at drop off and pickup times. I will never take my dog here again and will gladly warn anyone who's thinking about taking theirs here to strongly reconsider! I only chose to try it out because it's one of the cheapest doggie daycares in town (I now know why) and it's the closest to my apartment and work. I'll gladly drive the 45 minute round trip across town and back to work to take my dog to the only daycare in town that seems to know wtf they're doing. Downtown Hound sucks! read more

I have been continuously disappointed with Downtown Hound. Given their convenient location, I used them about monthly for a year when they first opened, and I reluctantly used them recently for four nights of boarding. (They might have had a lot of turnover; I didn't recognize anyone.) They use strong chemicals. The facility smells like overpoweringly strong fake floral scents. (They have the dogs pee inside, which I assume they need to disinfect.) If you let them bathe your dog, your dog will smell this way too. My dog's paw pads are peeling and red/raw after her last stay. This could be from play, though I suspect that it is at least exacerbated by their chemical use. At least twice a staff member didn't know how to use a basic slip/choke chain & had it on my dog backwards so that it doesn't release & can cause choking. (Regardless of how you feel about such collars, I believe that if the facility allows them, all dog handlers should be trained on their use.) My dog also ended up with a broken nylon collar (some other facilities make sure all dogs wear only the facility's paper collar during their stay), and they've put the nylon collar on wrong (the ever-so-slightly more complex Rogz side-release collar). This last stay, I sent her with 4 daily dental chews. They had only given her one and could not answer my question about why they were giving me back 3 chews. Is a daily dental chew an unusual request? My dog should have been given 8 meals during her last stay. I sent 9; I was given back ~7. Again, no one could answer why they were giving me back so much food. Don't facilities take notes about dogs refusing so many meals? Or did they mistakenly feed her the food they have on hand which gives her diarrhea? I have friends who like them, one who has taken her dog nearly every weekday since they opened, but this has been my personal experience. read more

This spot was an excellent place to get my furry friend groomed. The groomer came out and met us personally and asked for any specifics. She was kind, caring,very thorough and speedy . This fur baby is usually an anxious wreck when I get him from the groomers, but he was all smiles! That speaks volumes to how well they treat your baby. The receptionist was also fantastic- and beyond efficient she didn't make me fill out forms or upsell anything. My pup looks absolutely amazing. Bath and brush for a 16lb Shiba was $50. As much as I love supporting local, I might try the dog wash down the street for a more economical option and frequent this spot for deep cleanings :) read more

Used to take our dog there when he was younger and he liked it, so we used them a year later for both our dogs, now 1 and 3. (Despite our 6 month old puppy coming home with a snout swollen the size of a golf ball once and they had no idea what happened or explanation for why it went unnoticed). In 2020, every time I come to pick up my two young, friendly, and highly socialized dogs, they are not out playing. If I ask how they did I get very vague responses. They are in "time out" I'm told or "playing too rough" or once I was told there was a small fight, but my dog was not the instigator but he was in the back to separate them. I understand how they could get very excited to start, considering how many dogs they sometimes pack into the play area. This behavior was never a problem in 2018, or at any of the other dog daycares and dog parks we frequent. But last time, in September 2020, I was told both my dogs were in the back because they were "too wild" or something to that effect, but NOT kenneled, just in a smaller group. This was an outright lie. My 2 year old Husky was drooling profusely, a sign he is very stressed. His front legs were soaked in his own saliva, because he has been laying down, stressing out, for a long period of time. This is the 3rd or 4th time in a row I have PAID $58 A DAY for them to play and be supervised and they are kenneled in the back with no explanation except lies as to why and how long they were like that. I can kennel them at home and my poor Husky won't be sad and stressed. Will never go back. read more

I would give no stars to this place if I could. I've taken my dog here twice to get groomed. Seeing the reviews made me uneasy, but seemed better than petsmart/petco. First time was in April, was given an appointment time and he was in and out in a timely manner and I met the groomer personally and they asked me what I wanted. The cut suited my dog, and I wasn't that hesitant to bring him in again. When I made a call for another appointment the receptionist said to bring him in the morning, even though I asked for a specific time. Yesterday I dropped him off at 9 am called at 11 am to check on him and was told he wouldn't be finished until 2 pm due to so many dogs came in that morning. Unusual, but I waited and 3 pm rolls around and no phone call whatsoever, so I call and ask about my dog and they said that they just finished with him and when I get there they said he's been done for two hours and he's just been in the back! The groomer comes out and apologized saying that they thought the receptionist had called me, but would personally make the call next time. 7 hours just to groom a dog is unacceptable, had I known there were several dogs in front of me I would have happily changed my appointment if the workload was too much, but the most outrageous part of it all is my dogs paw was cut and bleeding and I didn't notice until I was putting him in the car and saw the blood on my hand. Rushing back in to see if they had something to stop it with, they take my dog back "clean" up the cut and say that he probably stepped on a brush and it's only a pinpoint and it's not that bad, they apologize again saying that it won't happen next time. There will no be a next time; The wound on his paw pad is protruding and bleeds occasionally and who knows how long it's been bleeding, it just happened as he was leaving or he was bleeding for 2 hours! That whole visit was completely unacceptable, if you love your dog like your baby you should not being them here. read more

We have taken our dogs to daycare here several times and everything was fine. We went on a trip and boarded our 2 dogs at DH. We filled out online paperwork with directions on how to feed them. We also explained how to feed them when we dropped them off. I put their food in individual labeled bags for each meal- couldn't be more straightforward. We got a call that they were confused about how to feed them, which I appreciated and explained to them how to do it....again. The directions were literally "give them each one bag of their food twice a day". When we picked our dogs up, they were given half of their meals for the 3 days. One of our dogs is on medication and did not receive the proper dosage because it was mixed in with his food. For the extremely high cost of dog boarding, dog owners deserve to know that their pets are safe and being properly taken care of. Also- what's up with not having cameras to watch your dog play? Took Brutus and Lady to the groomer at Downtown Hounds on Leavenworth and this is what I discovered. I specifically said not to cut her Papillion ear hair and they did. She had a total of 6 spots where the clippers left a mark on the skin and one spot that drew blood. Brutus had two spots where the clippers left a mark on his skin. When I called them they told me that they would get back to me. They said the groomer borrowed someone else's clippers and the blade was shorter and that is why the clipper cut them. She reassured me and said that he had 20 years experience. Why didn't they tell me when I picked them up. She said that the groomer offered a free grooming next time. I told the lady would you want to take you dogs back to a groomer that did that. They asked me what I wanted to make this right. I told them I had to hang up before I got really upset. read more

We have been taking our dog saison here for a few weeks. After moving to Omaha from Kansas City we were looking for a large, open air dog daycare like he had back in KC. DThounds had it all. Close to home, good price, monthly membership, and grooming when needed. Our little guy comes home so tired and happy, and the next morning he wakes up refreshed and ready to play. The staff has all been excellent to myself and my significant other when we drop him off and pick him up. Above all they have been great with him. He is a high energy dog, and he runs around and does so well. Can't wait until they get cameras so we can see our little guy running all over while we are at work. read more

I really struggled with deciding on this place. So many either loved it or hated it. And I could not find any good reasons for not selecting it. Like workers personality. That can be a hard thing to judge and some times people are just not at their best or you don't know the whole situation. But I took our puppy 8 months old there. We will not go back. She came home sick. Runny nose, accident in house. Sneezing. Diarrhea. And she was so skinny. You could feel every rib. She was not like that before at all. She wasn't so skinny in a day or so. So we think she was dehydrated. If she wasn't eating she would not have snapped back as quickly. My friend also told me to wait on a tip. A. I had no idea you were supposed to tip on kennel service and B she said don't feel pressed to do it then you can always call in a tip with your credit card after you check your dog and all their items returned. read more

I have only used downtown hound once, and will never again. I have two small dogs that had never been boarded before. They are on a very special diet due to one of them having an extremely sensitive stomach and sensitive skin. Obviously I brought their food for them with specific instructions. Either they were fed something else completely or in addition since that little guy came home with diarrhea. I know it was a food issue because within 24 hours of being back on his food he was fine. The bigger issue for me was that he had either been attacked by another dog or mishandled by a human as when I went to pet him he shyed away from my hand, which he has never done. Upon examination he had two puncture marks on the back of his neck. I informed them when I dropped them off that they had never been boarded and to monitor them closely. I think they were thrown in with the big guys and left to fend for themselves. When I called to address the diarrhea the attitude was exactly what I've seen in other reviews. She couldn't have cared less. I will never use this place again. Like others, I don't think they know what they're doing. read more

I have a 130lb Long Coated Akita named Parker, who loves to play with other dogs. Most of the places in the Big O cater only to smaller dogs and dog parks don't work well for us. So when I saw the sign announcing the opening of the Hound I was hopeful, this would be different. We met the owners and they got to know Parker and what a goof ball he really is. Based on this I was told NOT A PROBLEM bring him down. The other bonus is the Hound is close to home for us, and he comes home exhausted. That makes me Very Happy to see that he had a chance to play. Recently worked there and can tell you first hand they do not care about your dogs. I've seen many dogs throw up foreign objects and the manager Molly not even care and not make it a priority to call the owners. Also seen dogs get sick or have really horrible diarrhea and not taken out of daycare. They also do drink on the job before anyone has clocked out. Also the groomer is rude and complains about what certain clients ask for. read more

Today we stopped in to inquire about boarding our dog and as we were just being handed the information in the front lobby the lady in the big kennel grabbed a medium to large size dog by the collar, yanking him so that his front feet were in the air, and dragged him to the small kennel inside the kennel. I quickly declined the information the first lady was handing me and advised her I would never leave my dog at a place that treated animals that way. My teenage children were with me and said that a beagle was resting on a raised bed in this same big kennel and the lady made him get off. Why? He was comfortable there. We walked out.....I just want those that have dogs there to be aware. read more

After a couple not so great experiences, I think it is safe to advise people to stay away. I took my senior dog there twice, and both times he came home smelling terrible. (The last time, his dog bed stank of urine) He also came home sick the last time, having diarrhea for the next two days, and looking very sluggish. I also observed in the play area that they don't really separate small dogs and large dogs. One large dog was humping a smaller one for a good 30-40 seconds before an attendant finally came over and broke it up. We also took our cat here, and informed the staff that she was skiddish around men. When we came to pick her up, they sent a male attendant back to get her.... (We also waited about ten minutes for our cat) We got all the way to my car with the cat, before I realized it was not mine.... (It is a soft carrier with black mesh, and I guess I just trusted that I was getting the right cat) When we came back to get MY cat, the owner told me to go back with an attendant and get her. (Since they obviously did not know who she was) When I went back to the cat area, she was in the corner of the condo, and had to be coaxed out. (There also were no pictures, names or other identifiers on the condos, which would make it hard to know which cat is which) The owner joked that was a good thing I discovered this before I got home. I took my cat here for a couple of days of boarding while out of town. My boyfriend had taken his dog here a couple of times with no problems. When my BF dropped my cat off and his dog, he told them that my cat was a little skittish of men and asked them to monitor her behavior and eating as I had recently adopted her and she had some abandonment issues. Fast forward 2 days and picking my cat and my BF's dog up. The first thing they do is send a guy to go get my cat. About 15 minutes later they finally come out with what I thought was my cat in its soft carrier. The carrier has black vent mesh so hard to see through indoors. We asked how she did and they said, fine. On our way out the cat's meows sounded off. When we got out in the sunlight we looked in the bag. And yup! Not my cat! We took her back in to get the right cat. The only apology we got was, oh sorry about that, good thing you looked in the bag. Obviously they don't monitor their borders as they should be. Not to mention my boyfriend said she was tucked back in the corner of her kitty condo when he had to go back with the worker to get our cat. Not to mention this time my BF's dog came back sick with diarrhea. He has a food allergy and I suspect they didn't make sure he was eating the food we brought or he picked something up there. Excellent service! Warm friendly staff that clearly love animals!

This was my dog's first experience with a groomer and it was great! I could tell the groomer was good with dogs because when she walked into lobby Sammy calmed down. She said he behaved extremely well; he did bark at the end when he was put in kennel, but that's normal for him. It was very clean, bright and cheerful place. I'll definitely take Sammy back and I highly recommend to others. read more

Although the staff I have encountered at the front desk have been quite pleasant I have also run into the problem with the employees being very unknowledgeable. One time after coming back the front desk lady had a hard time figuring out how to charge me, which was frustrating but I let it go and then our last experience didnt go so well...... I called probably two weeks or so to make a reservation for three of my dogs stating that two of my girls possibly could be in heat, no problem she said. Again while dropping them off there was still no probelm with the girls in heat. While waiting for girl to figure out how to turn on computers I talked to three employees about how my girls are in heat, still no problem. By the way, my dogs do NOT go to daycare they were just there for boarding. So about 20 min after dropping them off they call me and say there is a problem we cant watch your dogs, what am I suppose to do we are leaving town its 7 in the morning and they said there would be no problem with the girls in heat so they hang up call the manager , he says its no problem so we continue to leave town. Now that we are four hours out of town, even farther away, we get a call saying we cant watch ur dogs , its causing to much aggression in our daycare. Our dogs do NOT go to daycare , they should NOT be any where near other dogs! Also just a little tid bit my girls were on day two of their heat , my male couldnt care less they were in heat yet... Anyways they proceeding to inform us they would have to take them to tullys, which is a sister company! I hate tullys and my furbabies have to go there!! We had no choice we were to far to turn back now!!! We asked once they were transferred to have someone call us... No one ever called us we had to call them to figure out whats happening with our dogs! When we picked up our dogs my puppy (1yr) was very dirty, my other female smelled like urine, and my males toy was covered in poop. They said my male never really warmed up to them which we never have that problem its usually the girls who are scared.. My male was also hoarse which makes me think they never let him out , they just let him poop and bark in his kennel all weekend(he never poops in his kennel)... Horrible experience! read more
