Wednesday at 930 and no one. I called to confirm the appointment, the man remembered me and told me i can drop him off. I reminded him that i needed my dog picked up and after some words he finally said he would come. Another half hour passed and he finally showed, popped the trunk of his car and told me to put my dog in. I thought it was a joke. What kind of nonsense is this?! I would never trust my pet with this business or man. What kind of a person transports a pet in a closed trunk?!

They also did the conversion on the calculator so I could see in dollars how much it cost. The Pimobendan was still a little more than what Hospivet charged me (around $110 instead of $103 but not bad considering it can be $150 or more in the USA). I gave it 4 stars only because it was a little farther into Zona Centro and hard to get an Uber back so I had to take a taxi (but it is near the arch and there are some fun shops and vendors as well as restaurants if you have time to look around).

At Pet Land, they checked my pet THOROUGHLY and diagnosed a conjunctivitis!! They gave her some eye drops and a steroid shot, a course of antibiotics and after a week, she was back to her old self...with both eyes! Dr. Yazmin was amazing and I am forever grateful! Unlike the others, they actually answered the phone, answered my question clearly, and even double-checked inventory for me before I came in. When I arrived, the store was fully stocked with all kinds of pet supplies--and they even had some adorable pets for sale! Best of all, they had exactly what I needed in stock, so I didn't have to wait for shipping or run around town to find it.
