At this veterinary clinic (daycare), they handed my dog back to me absolutely filthy, smelling of urine and feces - worse than a stray dog. When he was subsequently bathed at the other facility, they sent me photos showing that his paws were burned; this was caused by prolonged exposure to urine and feces. Had I allowed the daycare to bathe him, I would never have discovered his injuries or realized the poor standard of care to which he had been subjected. All of his hair had to be cut off because he had feces stuck to it.

Before we came here, it seemed he had only a couple of weeks left. He wasn't eating or passing stools, and he could barely walk. Finally someone recommended us this clinic because we were asking everywhere for a capable specialist. Dr. Marquez acted quickly to get Scipio onto the surgery schedule, and he and his team pulled off an extremely delicate procedure, removing a cyst from my boy's liver that was 800g! Scipio recovered well and is so much happier, and our lives are so much lighter for it. Before the surgery, Dr. Marquez took the time to talk to us about all that it would entail and answer our questions. After we dropped Scipio off, we elected to stay in the waiting room for several hours so we could be nearby just in case, and every person who we chatted with had trust in Dr. Marquez's skills and knowledge. At Pet Land, they checked my pet THOROUGHLY and diagnosed a conjunctivitis!! They gave her some eye drops and a steroid shot, a course of antibiotics and after a week, she was back to her old self...with both eyes! Dr. Yazmin was amazing and I am forever grateful!
