German Roach Problems? Come here!!…read more Embarrassing to admit but I had a bad roach infestation. Everywhere I would look there was a roach. I would eat dinner. And just got used to them being near me because There was nothing I could do. It was To the point where I would have to make sure I dust off my backpack before leaving the house to make sure I don't carry them to other places because they were everywhere. I thought I was beyond help. I called multiple businesses on here. I called another company and had a bad phone encounter. Made me feel like the infestation was my fault and not good experience. I then called WOW. And expecting same treatment. I was surprised. They didn't seem to bat and eyelash at my concerns. Answered my questions. And treated me kindly. Admitting you have a roach problem and asking for help is already embarrassing. And they don't make you feel bad about it. The only thing is when I did service I paid with card. Which they do accept. it's just a bit of a process since the worker doesn't have a way to take card so they have to call the office and process the card over the phone. Seemed to be something they do but must not be common. Since the worker was a little confused about it. So Maybe use cash? Another thing is the person on the phone told me not to take everything out of cabinets. And in person the worker said that they should have told me to remove it. But it was fine and he could still do it. We just have to remove some stuff and he said to make sure to wash everything after. I was a bit embarrassed to run around and try to empty them a bit while he was waiting for us to be ready. For the company. If we can have better communication on what to do before service. But for those who need to get rid of German Roaches know this: I haven't seen another roach since. I share my story of the embarrassing infestation To let others know. The technician rushed through the job, skipped areas that are always treated, and did not provide the level of thoroughness I'm paying for. It felt lazy and incomplete. I documented the entire issue on video and sent it directly to the company. Not only was the service subpar, but the lack of response afterward made it worse. When customers have to provide evidence just to be taken seriously, that's a problem. Consistency matters. Accountability matters. If you're going to charge professional rates, provide professional service. At this point, I'm questioning whether to continue using this company.

I reached to MSA and Mark contacted me right away and was onsite the same day. He showed me how fighting mice in the house was a losing battle and showed me how they were getting in from outside. Within the next hour, he had plugged many holes sit traps and I have not seen a mouse in two weeks. We have 13 trees in our yard so we know bugs and mice are going to be present and I have been treating the bugs myself. While Mark was here, he gave me a great deal on treating the bugs along with the mice so I had to say yes by the next day there was plenty of proof that even though my attempt at bug spraying was OK, Mark did a way better job.
