Our company had an ant infestation on the second floor of our building. I searched on Yelp for pest control companies and found Pest Control Solutions. I liked that they were local / close by and they also had really great Yelp reviews. On Monday, April 4th, I sent a message on Yelp and I also called the phone number and left a voice message. Dennis responded pretty quickly to both my message and also called me back. I explained our ant problem and his estimate was very reasonable. He said he could come out the next day, Tuesday, April 5th (today) in the morning. He arrived between the time he said he would and put down ant bait traps upstairs and also sprayed the outside perimeter of our building. He said to just leave the ants alone so they would eat the bait and then take it back to their colony where it would hopefully kill the rest of ants. He said he would check on us in a few days to see how our ant situation was doing. He told us that the ant bait trap treatment was guaranteed for 30 days and if we still saw ants within 30 days that he would come out again and take care of the problem. This review is overdue but I thought I should write it due to some recent events. I had a termite issue in my garage a few years ago and I contacted Dennis at PCS. He sprayed and got rid of all the termites in my garage. This past year I remodeled my house and I was afraid of possible damage to my house due to the termites. I thought I may have to replace a lot of wood and possibly tent my house during the remodel but when the contractors inspected, they said all my wood was fine and that the termites were gone and had not returned.
