I was told that there were several dead bats in my attic, along with some other critters. He informed me that the dead bats had to be removed and the whole attic disinfected because of the health hazard that bat droppings pose to humans. I ended up doing the exclusion and sealing work myself but I wanted the areas that bats touched to be sanitized. Rats to Bats told me that there were no dead bats in my attic and that the soffit area cleanup was not necessary. It was not a health hazard because the guano would dry up and blow away on its own. That kind of honesty is truly refreshing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest removal.

Since that has happened there has been issues with 3 reflectors detaching in a short amount of time. He came by do reinstall 1, but not the other 2 and now Taylor wants to charge $200 to reinstall them blaming the hurricanes on bringing them down (which was not the case).
