Under the leadership of Reginald Scurry, administration is sarcastic, inattentive to customer needs, poorly managed in scheduling and, in general, needing a change in operations leadership. It's no wonder that turnover at this location is so high right now. And NEVER bring a problem to their attention because they prefer to cancel you than to try to resolve any customer issues. There are a host of contractors available in PSL at much better pricing and value so caveat emptor!

I have used their service for several years now and the quality of their service keeps going…read morefurther and further downhill. They have change from giving a two hour window of time to a 3 hour window of time for an appointment but still consistently arrive after the latter time. Last appointment appointment they were supposed to be here between 11am and 2 pm and finally showed up at 4:30. The appointment before that they were over an hour late. Today they were supposed to be here before 11 o'clock and after I called (10:45) they told me they are running behind and are unable to give me an estimate as to what time they will arrive. This is totally unacceptable. Maybe others have nothing to do and can you get the stick around for them to show up whenever they feel like it.

I've been a Travis customer for almost five years. We originally had a problem with roaches that…read moregot into our clothes boxes when they were stored for a few weeks before our house was ready to move into. The previous pest company was expensive and ineffective, but Travis came in and that was the end of them for us. We later noted ants in the kitchen area and Travis responded with a treatment plan that has kept them at bay ever since. Obviously, pest management is not a once and done deal. With regular service calls scheduled for the outside of the house, the Travis technician keeps them out. The past few days, after large amounts of heavy rain, we started noticing a few acrobat ants in in kitchen and foyer and bathroom. One call to Travis and our technician Will (who regularly services our house) was at the door IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES ready to get them out. He completed the assessment and treatment quickly on the inside and resprayed the outside of the house, as well. I am very pleased with their service and their commitment to serving the customer. I called Rats to Bats for some cleanup work after I had some bats excluded from the soffit area of…read moremy home. Before the exclusion period, I had a quote from another critter removal company. I was told that there were several dead bats in my attic, along with some other critters. He informed me that the dead bats had to be removed and the whole attic disinfected because of the health hazard that bat droppings pose to humans. I ended up doing the exclusion and sealing work myself but I wanted the areas that bats touched to be sanitized. Rats to Bats told me that there were no dead bats in my attic and that the soffit area cleanup was not necessary. It was not a health hazard because the guano would dry up and blow away on its own. That kind of honesty is truly refreshing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest removal.

After that Taylor specifically asked me to write a review for him which I did, than things proceeded to go in the wrong direction, hence writing this review. Since that has happened there has been issues with 3 reflectors detaching in a short amount of time. He came by do reinstall 1, but not the other 2 and now Taylor wants to charge $200 to reinstall them blaming the hurricanes on bringing them down (which was not the case). That is obviously not the way to handle customers and quite upsetting given the amount of money I paid. Be careful!
