I have used their service for several years now and the quality of their service keeps going further and further downhill. They have change from giving a two hour window of time to a 3 hour window of time for an appointment but still consistently arrive after the latter time. Last appointment appointment they were supposed to be here between 11am and 2 pm and finally showed up at 4:30. The appointment before that they were over an hour late. Today they were supposed to be here before 11 o'clock and after I called (10:45) they told me they are running behind and are unable to give me an estimate as to what time they will arrive. This is totally unacceptable. Maybe others have nothing to do and can you get the stick around for them to show up whenever they feel like it. read more

Excellent customer service and super fast response. The technicians are very knowledgable and thorough. The only issue I have with the company is the silly cruise line uniform they make them wear! I mean the guys are crawling around, spraying chemicals, getting dirty, etc. and the company puts them in a white long sleeved button down with lapels! Seriously? This is South Florida for gosh sakes. How about a nice cotton Polo with their names stitched on the right and the company logo on the left?? Make your employees happy and you will see the return in customer satisfaction. read more

Excellent local office! I needed help long distance to manage my father's home in Stuart, Fl and I had immediate confidence in Vanessa, the manager, who took on the problem immediately and looked after my elderly father as if he was her own. She sent Joe over, who has been managing a serious rodent problem ever since. Joe has gone above and beyond with his diligence, and I am impressed with his prompt and uninterrupted communication. Our condo association has used this company for several years for regular spraying around our buildings. We had 2 instances in the past 2 years where there was rodent infestation inside a building. In both cases, their response to review the situation was done the same day as our initial call. We were given an appraisal of the situation and an estimate of a time frame to take care of it and a cost estimate. They reacted promptly and courteously each time. Solutions were put into place soon after and the problem was eliminated within a reasonable time. Every time, their communication was very professional and thorough, and their charges to remedy the situations were reasonable. I was so fortunate to have Diane Jacobs from Home Paramount Pest Control arrive to treat a chronic roach problem I had been battling in my apartment for a long period of time. I was ready to break my lease and move due to the infestation being so bad. Diane knew exactly how to treat the problem and I was bug free within a week and have not had any issues for the last 2 months.
