The technician that came out was super nice super friendly not a problem with that he me that day and told me that he was unable to complete the job that day because he didn't have enough chemicals he would be back out and that they would need to do that process again twice they would be calling me from the office to set up an appointment took my credit card information because that was supposed to be $200 and they're from out I was to pay $65 a month for them to come out and make sure the problem didn't come back well. Their company never called me. They never an appointment. I didn't even realize they charged me the $200 because again like I said, the guy called me and told me he ran out of chemicals. He didn't even finish the job the first time he came out my cancer got worse and I didn't pay attention to my account so I didn't realize that on top of the $200 they were also still taking $65 a month from my account when I noticed this in April I immediately called and my bank and dispute. I was able to get in touch with somebody at the office told me I would be refunded. They were so sorry they didn't know what happened how they were charging me, but never even doing the job or coming to my house except that one time but like I said, he didn't even finish the job that day. She swore to me that my money would be returned to me in 7 to 10 business days in that time my account got overdrawn because I am no longer able to work. My husband died. I have stage three cancer so now I'm paying attention to my bills because I'm only surviving off of temporary disability and survivors benefits so I noticed that my account is overdrawn how I budget down to the penny home shield took $65 out of my account so I went previous month the last month that I was able to work I noticed that they had done that month as well. Disputed it with my bank called their office business business day number 11 still no money back so I they informed me they approved the dispute. They don't know why my money is not there. I should call my bank so I did my said they've been trying to contact our bank to get this resolution resolved. Their has up to 45 days and has not so I called back. I them my situation overdrawing my account. I didn't have this in my budget. I'm trying to fight stage three almost stage four cancer. My husband died less than six months ago and I'm surviving off of survivors, benefits, and temporary disability at the moment it's crucial that I get that money back. I wasn't even asking for them to be responsible for the overdraft fees that they cost me a half. The overdraft fees are more than some of the bills that were automatically deducted. You know 799 for Netflix is now costing me almost $50. Just give me my money back that you took so then I was promised they would overnight me a check. What was my address? Will you have my address because you were supposed to be my pest control company but reconfirmed it they didn't do that either instead I got to talk to a supervisor who said that I was being combative yeah at this point, you're right I am being combative. Your company took money from me a service you never did and it's costing me a financial hardship right now and you're doing nothing to rectify. They have done nothing to this day to still give me my $330 back. I'm allowed to be upset your mistake or I'm sorry their mistake is costing me why should I have to pay for their mistake as they called it.... but I call it fraud charging someone 3 months in a row for a service u never did... then when speaking to the supervisor, he was very condescending and gaslighting almost like I'm the problem. I did nothing but Hire your company to do a job you failed to do so I had to hire another company on top of that to come do what you didn't do so now I've double paid and still can't get my money back from them. We're in May the end of May about to start June, I started disputing this when I discovered it at the end of April when they overdrew my account. Why is it taking this long to give me my money back when it didn't take them that long to take it from me if anybody else is having a similar situation happening with them in this company please find a way to reach out to me because I am seeking an attorney on Tuesday.... I have informed them of my situation that I'm battling cancer and just recently lost my husband less than six months ago and I am in a financial hardship and that if they don't rectify this, I'm not gonna be able to pay my rent currently my account is overdrawn by $500when my survivor benefits deposit next week there goes my rent money or some of it and they still they don't care they made a mistake. I'm being combative and they don't wanna deal with me. ok I guess I need a lawyer

    The worst service company I have ever hired…read more I contracted with Vero Beach office for rodent control. I spent 20 minutes going over the area on the property for rodent control. The tech set bait stations every where except where I wanted. This service was prepaid for 1month on credit card. I then received an invoice for the service all ready paid for. After calling and complaining, another tech came and I was charged again to complete my original service request and this was charged on my credit card. I am being charged for the prepaid service full amount, charged again for the prepaid first service and charged again to fix the screwed up first visit. I am wondering if this company are scammers.

    I called about a carpenter ant problem I was having..I spoke with a salesman who said if I don't…read morepay immediately that he couldn't send somebody the next day..I paid..he showed up...proceeded to tell me that it was fire ants..he sprayed but never found the source...another guy comes back a week later sprayed about 1/3 of what should have..he never looked for the source and never heard from him again...Still having trouble..they sent out a supervisor..In his defense he did look for the source..never found it but he did a great job spraying everywhere and at least tried...Still having trouble though..supervisor came back..did more spraying..still trouble though..the part that really made me mad was that I got billed for a treatment program that I NEVER signed up for..A salesman was suppose to come by but never showed up..im glad I looked a my CC bill and noticed it...If you call these people..good luck..
