What that seems to mean is, if you have an issue inside that they would spray inside. Well I guess not. I called the morning they were due to come out again and Maria told me the employee would call me (so I could let him inside). That never happened. The exterior was treated only. I called back and obviously not happy ( not a good day for me), Maria told me that interior service would cost more. WTH! Wasted my time and money with them.

This business is horribly unreliable and continually changes your appointment schedule without your…read moreknowledge. This company is literally the biggest stressor in my life to the point that I stopped using them for pest control on a monthly basis, switched to a seasonal basis, and now have quit them all together. Everyone seems very pleasant, but are absolutely horrible with follow through and no one seems to know where the fault lies. They each blame a different department and the automated scheduling system. I assume it is the manager and no one is able to say that out loud. They will promise you a specific time. And then arbitrarily change it. I've had to have them come out multiple times to service the same area because their technicians do not do a thorough job. Online it says they're open 24 hours, but they are really open around 10 -5. Even if you ask for the earliest time slot and they say 8-10, they get to the office around 8, have a meeting, and then leave around 9. I've never had anyone come earlier than 10ish. I've had to take off so many days of work to accommodate these people. It isn't worth it.

I highly recommend Tony! A customer of ours just posted a 5-star review about us at US Building Inspectors, and included Tony in the wonderous review....thought I'd share it. To my good fortune, USBI came recommended by my realtor. I'm passing on that serendipitous recommendation. Patti, Tony, Tony Termite, and team are exceptional professionals of the highest order of integrity. They are detail oriented, thorough, and overlook nothing. More important, they are knowledgeably conversational and readily available. I am buying my first residential home. The first property I contracted, which I thought was "perfect," was not even close. The Team identified, documented, explained, and recorded numerous inspection failures that would have become years of headache and expense. The second property they found less concerning matters which nevertheless were hidden, granting me advance warning and negotiating power. USBI's expertise eliminates the anxiety from purchase and insurance inspections. And, their service charges are reasonable and broken down by each option. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USBI!!!
