This company is literally the biggest stressor in my life to the point that I stopped using them for pest control on a monthly basis, switched to a seasonal basis, and now have quit them all together. Everyone seems very pleasant, but are absolutely horrible with follow through and no one seems to know where the fault lies. They each blame a different department and the automated scheduling system. I assume it is the manager and no one is able to say that out loud. They will promise you a specific time. And then arbitrarily change it. I've had to have them come out multiple times to service the same area because their technicians do not do a thorough job. Online it says they're open 24 hours, but they are really open around 10 -5. Even if you ask for the earliest time slot and they say 8-10, they get to the office around 8, have a meeting, and then leave around 9. I've never had anyone come earlier than 10ish. I've had to take off so many days of work to accommodate these people. It isn't worth it.
