Failure to disclose fees by manager Brian during conversation about restarting service…read more The email below was an internal message sent to inform their team how extraordinarily dissatisfied I was with how they handled the call - BTW, I went with Hewitt and they were wonderful! Hi Team, Andrew has decided not to reinstate his PC services, citing that Brian did not disclose there would be a reinstatement fee of $141 at the time of their conversation. He feels it was unprofessional that all requirements to resume service were not fully communicated upfront. Andrew has paid the outstanding balance of $47.00, but remains adamant that the reinstatement fee was never discussed. He expressed strong dissatisfaction with how the matter was handled and stated he intends to post a negative review on public platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to share his experience. Best regards, Ebony GINNY WHITE -sadly, you missed the point entirely. Not sure if that was due to avoidance or ignorance. The fact is that your manager Brian FAILED TO DISCLOSE all the fees that would be incurred by restarting service. He merely skipped over that fact thinking he had duped me. Guess what, NOT TODAY!! And one other thing. At HEWLETT, if you reinstate service within 6 months there is no additional fee. Maybe your business model should be revised to keep up with the competition! Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control (Owner) 43 minutes ago Andrew, I responded to you on your Yelp review. I believe that the reason for the full $141 charge and not the $47 per month is because you cancelled 5 months ago and you had a balance of $47. We are sorry to lose you as a client. Sincerely, Ginny White Truly Nolen of America Inc.

The crew came did their job very quickly and they spoke to me about the process and when I would be able to return. I happened to come by and see my house and they were there taking the sign and tape off. The driver said everything was good and I can get in. I didn't feel violated that people were inside my home without me there. Everything was as I left it. Nothing was moved opened or missing. I cleaned before I left and then I came back it was just as I left it. The company I had who didn't do the job was the total opposite and I felt like my house was dirty and violated everything was opened grass and dirt was everywhere and furniture was pulled out. Just not a nice feeling. I'm very happy with the outcome and the entire process. It was also a little less expensive wich is nice being a widow with very little income.

What that seems to mean is, if you have an issue inside that they would spray inside. Well I guess not. I called the morning they were due to come out again and Maria told me the employee would call me (so I could let him inside). That never happened. The exterior was treated only. I called back and obviously not happy ( not a good day for me), Maria told me that interior service would cost more. WTH! Wasted my time and money with them.
