Halfway through the appointment, they indicated that they didn't have any of the TPMS devices in stock for our service! Essentially, what this meant, is that we would have to come back later, pay for the devices PLUS an additional fee to take the tires on/off rather than doing this all at once when we purchased the new tires + TPMS devices (per our quote). No flexibility and no discussion ahead of time. Although I've liked Diamond Tires in the past, I don't plan on using them again in the future. There are plenty of service providers in the local area who provide amazing service and fair prices, without trying to gouge you.

Harold went above and beyond to help me fix this issue. They tightened the part and I took it back to the mechanic to get everything retightened again (as that mechanic likely did not tightened it well initially). I thought the point of a diagnosis fee was to avoid incremental repair, so was slightly annoyed. I waited in shop 5-10 minutes until the full hour had passed, then asked about the diagnosis.
