He responds fast, is reliable and punctual, he's prices are very fair, and he has great work ethic. For example, after assessing a property I had asked to fully spray, he did not find anything inside and sprayed only the outside. I reached to MSA and Mark contacted me right away and was onsite the same day. He showed me how fighting mice in the house was a losing battle and showed me how they were getting in from outside. Within the next hour, he had plugged many holes sit traps and I have not seen a mouse in two weeks. We have 13 trees in our yard so we know bugs and mice are going to be present and I have been treating the bugs myself. While Mark was here, he gave me a great deal on treating the bugs along with the mice so I had to say yes by the next day there was plenty of proof that even though my attempt at bug spraying was OK, Mark did a way better job.
