Parking is plentiful in the lot in the front (back?) of the building, as well as on the street. The building clearly used to be 3 different businesses, as the layout is really bizarre. There are 3 large "rooms", joined by a corridor. To be honest, this place is probably quite the fire hazard to newcomers. Thank goodness somebody had the sense to stick a large map on the wall. Some doorways between the sections would be nice. With that out of the way, there are 3 sections. Product, meat/aquarium (yes, aquarium), and dried goods. Pricing is in line with other places. The place is quite popular with locals, which tells you everything you need to know. As with other similar businesses, there is a hot food section as well. I picked up some takeout and it was mediocre. Does the job, but nothing special. I imagine this place serves the local market quite well. Wouldn't make a special trip out, but good to know the place exists.

The service is ok and there is a decent size parking lot in the back. I believe there is street parking out front at certain times.......

All of our family felt it tastes old and not very sweet. This is not the first time with fruits. Veggies are better but a miss once in a while as well. Not to mention, cold food suddenly sounds more appetizing than hot food when battling the summer heat. With all of this in mind, I decided to head to Sungiven Foods and grab a couple of those onigiris that I'd had my eye on for awhile. I bought a Cooked Salmon Onigiri for my daughter and a Cream Cheese Unagi Onigiri for myself. They had some boxes of interesting ramen noodles on display. Vegetable Ramen noodles and they appeared to be in all sorts of different colours. I was so intrigued by this. I gotta say, they do carry some interesting selection at Sungiven Foods. Couldn't resist so I bought a box and brought it home. The Onigiri was pretty good. I didn't really taste much cream cheese but that was a plus for me as it was really the Unagi filling that I was more interested in, and I could taste plenty of Unagi in my Onigiri. Oh, and I stopped by the Suntea stall to grab a Milk Tea because on the first and last day of each month, Suntea members can buy a large Milk Tea for $3.99 and it happened to be the first day of the month. Got mine with less ice and 50% sweetness. Very impressed. I think they are more known for their fleshy fruit drinks but their milk tea is very impressive as well.

That works out to $2 per onigiri and that's got to be the best deal in town for Onigiri, especially given the size of these ones. Got pretty much the same flavors as previously. Mostly Tuna and Salmon onigiris, some of them with mayo, some of them spicy. The one flavor I took this time that was a new one for us was Kimchi Onigiri. I had tried Kimchi Onigiri earlier this year from Market Ribbon and I absolutely loved it. This one from Kim's Mart wasn't bad but personally, I prefer the one from Market Ribbon. The flavor from that one tastes better somehow. The Onigiri here are better when purchased directly from the Zenya food stall in International Village, but for a quick, affordable and cold bite to eat on a hot summer's day, 2 for $3.98 is pretty hard to beat!
