While there were a few minor delays along the way, Daniel Glaser from Glaser Property Management was ultimately very helpful in getting everything taken care of. Fred went above and beyond, even coming out a second time just to re-verify two windows we were unsure about. Today, Francisco from Blinds R Us installed the blinds. It is because of their sterling reputation that my partner and I entrusted Will and his team with our purchase and sale of three different types of residential properties: condominium, single family residence, and multifamily property. From our experiences, here are top three reasons why we recommend Will and his team and would use him again for our next purchase or sale: 1. Will is a great advocate when it comes to negotiating offers and counteroffers and in dealing with other parties. His stunning background in international trade policy and Hollywood comes into play here at the client's advantage. Will helped us strategize and obtain good outcomes on all of our sales and purchases. 2. Will is a great advisor. His strong local knowledge about the neighborhoods and local regulations is founded on his brokering, property management, and development experience in LA. From neighborhood safety, zoning, entitlements, easements, to landlord-tenant matters, we knew we could count on Will and his team to get it right. 3. Will is a great connector and has deep connections in the real estate industry. He is just one speed dial away if you need a solid connection to a handyman, a CPA who advises real estate investors, a real estate attorney, or a home staging specialist. We've consulted with everyone Will has recommended and have been happy with them all. Will and his team have handled all of our matters expeditiously and to our great satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any residential matters in LA.

We interviewed almost a dozen property management companies, and Derek and Jared Karpel at KIG Property Management stood out by far. What we appreciate most is the personal attention. They really care about our property, help us make smart decisions, and make sure our tenants are well taken care of. Short Story: David…read moreGazarov's property management services is like a parasite that'll bleed you dry. He offers different programs that are supposed to cover the property management obligations but then bills every action separately with numbers he pulled out of his @$$. The entire time I paid for his services, I never saw the full monthly rental income because he would deduct more than half of it with made-up fees before charging me to send me what was left over. Long Story: I hired David as my property manager at his $49 monthly plan. What he did not explain is that the management fee only covers collection. Any other item is chargeable at whatever fee he deems fair. He charges to open emails/texts, to respond to messages, to communicate messages to the tenants, to speak with the HOA, to forward mail, to file any reports, to process the Financials, to send the rental income over, and the list goes on. I had his service for 4 months, which should've been $12,760 gross rental income. However, I only received $4,865.26. That means he charged $7,894.74 in random fees that should be part of his duties as a property manager. On top of all the fees, he penalizes you for wanting to terminate early. For instance, you can't get out of your contract without paying off the remainder of the contract plus more fees. David requested that I pay $897.80 just to get out of my contract. I told him I was only willing to pay the remaining contract amount for the year $392. He agreed to those terms only to go back on them, claiming I still owed him more money. He then took it out of my reserve funds return and said, "Not worry about the rest." As if he was doing me a favor for not charging me on services I never approved of. All in all, I would avoid David's property management services like the plague because he will bleed you dry and feel entitled for more.

No one else offered this level of bespoke customization. David and his team took great photos and videos of our property and had it rented within two weeks and everything was quick, efficient and most of all taken care of for us as advertised. We waited to write the review after 3 months of our property being rented to make sure we could give a through review of the entire experience. David has gone above and beyond, sound us great tenants and has already assisted with several items that needed to be taken care of including a broken kitchen disposal, and a planned wall construction that was set before the property was rented and delayed until after the tenants moved in. David & Company has taken the time to make sure we got the right price, the right tenants and have taken care of everything we needed with payment dispersals on time and no issues. We couldn't recommend him more highly. Thank you David!

I never had a number to call for maintenance outside the main line to their office [which was not at all responsive when I was originally trying to view units, and therefore did not feel like a reliable form of contact]. The property I was in did not have a fenced yard, which led to many instances of unhoused people digging through the trash, peeping into windows, camping on the stoop, and at one point causing a disturbance to the point police were called and the front courtyard was thoroughly damaged. When I was moving out and needed to confirm my rental history the owner claimed to not know about any of the above concerns. When pressed he did admit to receiving other complaints from women regarding the window peeping. Notably saying I was 'Only the 2nd woman in 2 years to say anything!' as if that made the issue less concerning. The process of getting my rental history confirmed did taint a significant amount of my time with Melco. They began to barter rent costs and available apartment with me, and fully claimed to never receive the confirmation form or any outreach from the new rental company. I understand it is not technically a requirement on them to complete, but I did feel as if they were attempting to deny me the ability to move out by dragging the process along. The units are vintage, and the property I was at had great landscaping. I just would proceed with caution in any situation where professionalism is needed.
