I regret not buying more of the soda lol it was good af. The red beans & rice from a purely objective standpoint was the most well made savoury dish of the three. Super flavourful, I'm just more of a seafood girl but would get this again. Loved the crawfish etoufée, it was FULL of crawfish. The gumbo was a delish flavour bomb. Wish it was a little chunkier (with okra pieces or something) but keep in mind that sauces that use crab/certain fish these goodies dissolve in the sauce, so I knew based on the flavour it was full of goodies. The bread pudding was da bomb dot com, but keep in mind it has raisins if you're not into raisins. I got extra butter rum sauce, which was a good move to make. Holy smokes, was I in for a treat. The Etoufee was delicious. Lots of seafood and flavor. Then on to the Beignets. I have had some insanely delicious desserts in my day but this was the best sweet treat I have ever had. The beignets were so light and crispy on the outside and doughy goodness on the inside. They were paired with a divine and light as air lemon creme, fresh whipped creme, strawberries and some vanilla ice cream on the side. Seriously if anything, find this foodie truck for the beignets no matter what.
