Like others have said-STAY FAR AWAY! These guys are lying schemers just trying to screw people over and if you don't comply, they try to punish you for it. My husband had a pre-approved loan through Capital One and we were ready to buy a used car they had on their lot. The salesperson (Robin Tidd) kept trying to push us into applying for another loan that was not in our best interest. We told her no and that we just wanted to use our pre-approved loan. She wouldn't negotiate price, but talked in circles. We should have left then, but we liked the car. Because it took so long, we couldn't finalize the sale and so we left a check of $1000 to secure that the car would not be sold. The next day, we went back to finalize papers and we were told that the loan's requirements (loan-to-value) did not meet the rules of the pre-approved loan (meaning we were purchasing a car at a price that was more than what it was actually worth). At that point we said no, we were not going to buy the car. The car didn't qualify for the loan and we didn't like their alternatives (get a loan with higher interest or pay a higher down payment). The salesperson freaked and begged us to stay and work something out. She then suggested just using the loan and seeing what happened-worst advice ever. Clearly, they would call back and say the loan didn't go through. At this point I knew these people were only thinking about themselves and we again said, "no, we want our check back." Tom Zimmerman, the manager came to try to push us to buy. He insisted that I add my name to my husband's loan-not what we wanted to do. He kept pushing it until I told him it wasn't his business to decide how we handled our financial affairs. He then suggested buying a different car, we said no. After several attempts of trying to twist our arm into buying from them, he said that the check had been deposited and we would have to wait a few days for it to clear and then we would have to provide a bank statement to prove that it went through. Who does that? We hadn't even finalized the paper work!! So I asked him, "you deposited the check?" "yes." We left and I called my bank to stop the payment. (Note: We have left a check with other dealerships in the past and they never deposited the check until everything was finalized). The salesperson then called us four days later and told us that we could come and pick up the check. LIARS! When my husband went to pick up the check, the salesperson had the audacity to tell him that the car was still available and he could still buy at the suggested loan they made the first time around. These guys are lying schemers just trying to screw people over and if you don't comply, they try to punish you for it. Long story short they kept giving us the run around, broke their promises and we never got the car we put a deposit down for, even after waiting over a month for it to come in. After driving 1,500 miles to California and having my power steering go out on me, everyone at this dealership ensured that I figure out the source of the problem and a solution to get home to Washington safely. After over 4 hours of inspecting and diagnosing my car they discovered the problem was much bigger than anticipated and called us multiple times throughout the work to update us on the progress and bad news about my car. After all of this and hearing how bad condition my car was in they said merry Christmas and didn't charge us for hours of work and labor. I bought my Ford Escape from Perry Ford and drove home with grandchild. I had problems keeping the car going straight. When I brought the car back to Perry Ford they made light of the situation. I told them I had bought a new car not a used one but they would not help me. They finally said they would fix the steering. The sync system one of the features that I like has given me trouble from the time I bought the car. Perry Ford would not help me and sent me back to verizon. Verizon talked with a person from microsoft sysc dept and he said it is the system and the only solution is to take the battery out of my phone when the system goes down and reboot the whole thing. I have been looking into getting a lease on a vehicle. I have issues on my credit and wanted to try to get financed on my own. They submitted it to the bank four days ago and as of today have not received one call back saying either way. I do also have a co-signer but will be taking my business somewhere else. Last week I was helped by Erica Smith, Manager of the Internet Dept. and bought a used Toyota Camry at Perry Ford. It was the best car buying experience I had ever had. Erica listened to what I wanted and was able to help me get out the door at the price I told her i could afford. Erica stayed with me the whole time. She didn't send in all those confusing sales people from finances to try to work up the price and tell me how much the car was worth beyond what I could pay. I did take the car to another company to check it out and then took it back to Perry Ford and they fixed some defects that were found at no extra charge. Recently had my 2014 mazda3's brake switch stop working, it was very hard to start and shift, and the brake lights weren't working. I tried the dealership in Ventura and they turned me away. Frustrated and stressed, I contacted the service department at Perry and although they were already booked 2 days in advanced, they still welcomed me to bring the car in especially in its unsafe-to-drive condition. I towed it in the same day I called and they told me since they were already booked up they may or may not look at it until they're free, and I was fine with it. They gave me a loaner car and the very next day they called and say that not only was it diagnosed and covered under my extended warranty, but it was all ready to go! It was MUCH faster than expected, I had banked on them looking at car 2 days later when they were free. I picked it up, and everything was golden again. This rating is for the service department since I didn't buy my car here. Do not take your vehicle to Perry Mazda for service! I needed my 2006 Mazda 3 to be looked at for Christmas tree lights on my dashboard. I immediately hit it off with the service advisor who says because there are so many lights on it will require a bit of time for a tech to diagnose it. No problem, I understand. I bring the car in on my lunch break and drop it off. We agreed that I would pick the car up at the end of the day (it's my only vehicle) regardless of a diagnosis or fix, and bring it back the next day if necessary. When I pick up the car I am told no one worked on it because the website for the diagnostic codes is down, so they couldn't do anything. Again, no problem, I expected to bring it back the next day anyway. The service advisor tells me his techs will be in at 7:30am and he'll be in at 8:30am and to drop the car off anytime. The next day my wife and I drop off our only vehicle at 8am. I call the shop at 12 pm to see what they've found, only to be told the tech working on my car had just gotten on shift. Something's starting to seem a little fishy - my car has been with them a total of 8 hours and nothing's been done. I decide to do a little research and find out the "website" was actually a tech hot line. This is also used as a last resort, not something that holds up pulling the codes or doing some good old fashioned detective work once the codes have been pulled. The hot line is there in case the tech gets stumped. When confronted with it, the advisor refuses to admit he didn't know what he was talking about and becomes sarcastic. I finally tell him to stop working on my car, which he nearly hangs up on me to go do. Five minutes later I get a call from the service advisor who leaves me a message saying that they've stopped working on my vehicle and there has been no diagnosis and I can come pick it up. I call the service manager and complain about the personnel issue I'm having and he says he'll look into it and call me back, which he did. He even has the mechanic who had been working on my car there to explain what happened. As it turns out, the mechanic had the codes pulled and the diagnosis on the first day (WTF?!) and the website referred to earlier by the service advisor is a recall website, not a tool for determining the meanings of the diagnostic codes. He then told me the repair I need would cost about $1500. I thanked both of them and returned at 5 pm to pick up my car. The same service advisor gets my car for me, but stands by his original statement that the diagnosis was not made the day before, and that this was all a big misunderstanding. He proceeds to try and get me to order the $900 dollar part needed for the repairs, which I decline. So, my question is: Who's lying? Is it the service advisor who doesn't know the difference between diagnostic codes and a recalled part? Or is it the service manager, whose job it is to smooth these things over? Or the mechanic, who may have been pulling one over on the the service advisor to excuse why he hadn't gotten around to my car that day? I'm not sure, but I won't be going back again. Too many variables and if you can't be honest about the little things, how can I expect you to be honest about the big things? BTW, this is a watered down version of what happened. I recently went to Perry Mazda to look at the Mazda 3 and had a bit of a strange experience. First I was taken to the back lot to look for a car that I had seen online which isn't inherently bad, but was pretty strange because you can hardly squeeze your way through all of the dirty cars parked back there and the salesman wasn't helping look even though I told him what car I was looking for. Next, once the car I was interested in was found and I began the test drive the salesman didn't seem vary knowledgeable about the car. I asked about standard features and he wasn't very sure about them and resorted to things like "Put it in reverse. No, it must not have a backup camera." In fact, as I drove he was more interested in the car that I might trade in than selling me on the car I was driving. He went so far as to tell me that used cars are really what they sell. Back at the dealership there was no question about how I liked the car or whether I wanted to try a different model, he just took me right inside to work up a "deal". He assured me that there were good cash incentives going on so I would get a good deal, but then came back with numbers thousands over MSRP even though I was looking at a previous model year during a sales event! When I said that wouldn't work a manager came over and tried to talk me into a lease to buy option that I had no interest in. Eventually I walked away since it was very clear that there was no willingness on their part to work with me that day. Also kind of weird, the salesman didn't have a business card so he wrote his name down on a generic one (first name only which was strange) then the next day he called me to talk more numbers and the name he gave was different than what he wrote on the card. My family and I were camping in Carpinteria Beach when I realized the water pump went out on my truck. I had less than 24 hours until I needed to check out and get back to work. Jeff over there made it all happen, the part was there in a few hours and my truck was ready early the next morning. I'm not sure if any other dealership could have made this happen. Hanging out in their waiting area while they are fixing my Mazda 2014. There was a software update needed and the front tire has a leak in it. They told me the software update was complimentary and the tire fix would only be $25! Staff has been friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Their waiting area is equipped with coffee, water, a television, and most importantly free WIFI! They also have a vending machine filled with snacks that I may get to. So far, great experience. So, my check engine light went on a while back and I brought it to my mechanic who charged me nothing for a diagnostic. He told me it was a computer problem not an engine problem, so I'd have to go to the dealer. I called the dealer on a Wednesday to make an appointment for 10am on Saturday. When I got there, it took them 20 minutes to get around to checking me in, they told me my appointment wasn't in their books and that they don't have a Mazda tech on the weekends. They finally decided to take me and said a diagnostic would be $110 and that they'd call me in "2 or 3" hours to tell me the status. I know that running a diagnostic on a check engine light takes 15 minutes max!! I made an appointment so they could do the diagnostic quickly! They called around 1 to report on what the problem was (which I already knew) and then fixed the problem, but it was very expensive (as to be expected from a dealership) and they didn't call to tell my my car was ready until almost 4pm. They didn't have a shuttle and I almost didn't make it back to pick my car up by the time they closed at 4:30. As the only Mazda dealer in town, I have to go to them for some things, but I will never go there if I have another option! read more

these guys waste your time. i called to make an appointment to bring in my car and when i took it in they told me that 5 techs had called in sick so they wouldn't be able to see my car till late in the afternoon and that they would have an answer for me by 4. this is all ridiculous because they could have told me that 5 techs didn't show up when I called to ask for an appointment, instead of telling me to come in and leave my car there. At 5 they finally called me and told me that after 6 hours they still had not looked at my car and that I would have to leave it overnight. They then called me in the morning to give me a diagnoses that I know didn't take more than 15 minutes to make and tell me they still wouldn't be able to finish my work until a couple of days later. Don't they get that people need their cars and can't sacrifice their only means of transportation for days on end. read more

But this time, I needed to replace my drivers side mirror that was swiped off and needed help in figuring out what I had to do to get it done in a timely manner. Their repair department is simply crooked. Six months ago my Ford E-350 van had extensive air conditioning work at another Ford dealer (while traveling). A few months later the AC failed and I brought it to Perry Ford. I was told by Jeff in the service dept that any work done at the other Ford dealership would be covered under warranty with Perry Ford. They found the problem but couldn't tell me if it was covered by warranty. After several days of nothing happening (seems everyone at the Ford dealers are sick all the time), I picked up my van, paid $187 diagnostic fee, and brought it back to the Ford Dealership where the original work was done. They quickly tightened a loose connector and the problem was fixed at no charge. I asked Perry Ford to refund the $187 diagnostic fee since the problem was covered under warranty and they refused saying that the other Ford dealership used generic parts in my van that are not covered under Ford warranty. I complained to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and they got my money refunded. You expect to pay more money at a Dealership but also expect quality service and not to get ripped off. This money grab will cost Perry Ford a customer who has spent thousands of dollars there previously. This just highlights their petty thinking. WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! You know those horror stories about how awful car dealers can be? This was the classic scenario right here. So, I was curious to drive a Ford Escape Hybrid and went into the only place in Santa Barbara who sells Fords (to my knowledge). I am a young girl and know car dealers pray on people like me but I can hold my own and am not easily persuaded so I didn't have concerns walking in there by myself. It first started off by them not having a hybrid on the lot, which was fine, whatever, I asked if I could drive the gasoline one just to get an idea of it. Then the sales rep tried to convince me I wasn't a candidate for a hybrid because I was only planning on driving between 10k-15k a year (which is bullshit, a hybrid is a hybrid, it saves you money at the pump). I was slowly realizing during the test drive of the gasoline that the only reason he was deterring me away from it was because he didn't have one to sell me on the lot. Awesome. So after the test drive he asks if I like the car....Yes I said, but I came here for the hybrid, and obviously its not here, so obviously I am not interested in purchasing this particular vehicle. Regardless, he told me we should run some numbers to see what it would look like if I were to end up buying the hybrid. Okay fine, I said. My mistake. Here comes the real fun. I told him upfront I had somewhere to be in 15 minutes. No problem he said, credit checks only take about 15 minutes. Well, 45 minutes later, we finally had my paperwork. I was looking to trade in my 2005 Acura TSX in fantastic condition, so they ran numbers on how much they would give me for it on trade-in. According to KBB I can get 10k for it, and private party value I can get 12k. Thank goodness I knew this going in. So, to my horror, he slides the paper infront of me showing the numbers and they wanted to give me $7,000 for my beautiful car. WHAT?! I said you're joking, right? I know for a fact I can get 10k for my car. Then the sales rep automatically assuming I am a stupid girl said "Well there is trade-in and there is private party seller".....I said I KNOW....thats the price I am telling you. He said oh well...ya....you might be right....we might be able to get you more.... SHADY. So, then I look down at what they are saying my monthly payment is going to be. Wait, let's back up, let me note that they marked up the MSRP on the car $7,000. That's insane. Then they tell me my monthly payment would be $500...My jaw dropped. In all my prior research my payments could possibly be as low as $150-$200 a month with a 10k down payment. I said, I don't understand why this is so much. What APR are you quoting me? He said "well....since the economic downturn its pretty hard to get a good rate....it's going to be somewhere around 15%".......WHAT?! I said excuse me, my credit score is 720....it should be between 4-6%. UNBELIEVABLE. Again assuming I am a stupid girl who doesn't know a thing about finances. Then he tries to close the deal as if he has completely forgotten that I walked in for a hybrid and was not interested in purchasing this horrifically marked up vehicle. I told him no thank you, and asked when they would have a hybrid on the lot. He said let me go check, and he comes back with his sweet talking MANAGER to try and close the deal as if I were actually on the fence!!!! I was so mad at this point in time and not to mention so late for where I needed to be that I said I have to go, and got up to leave. They practically chased me out of the building saying "I'm pretty sure we can get you more of your car on trade-in!" And I said scoffed saying "Yea, I'm pretty sure you can!" It was straight out of a movie. I have no idea how they are even open for business considering everyone else has the same opinion of them. If your looking for a used car, go to CarMax. I visited the service department here for a basic oil change and tire rotation service. I also requested that my vehicle be washed and vacuumed. Upon arrival, I was cordially greeted and had my needs assessed. I was in no hurry so I left my vehicle while I set out to play a round of golf. While playing the round, I was informed of a few recommended items to be cared for. I was given a choice and not pressured into opting for the additional services as I'm used to. It was done in a professional manner. I did opt for some of the services. When I picked up my vehicle, I was pleased with it's condition inside and out. Their wash and vacuum exceeded my expectations. I'm used to just a rinse and a quick cleanup inside. I noticed that my faded license plate frames were freshened up with clean new ones. My attendant walked me through all of the items that were cared for on my vehicle. Prior to my departure, the Manager of the Service Department made it a point to meet me. I've owned and serviced at the dealer, a number of vehicles that you'd expect nothing less than superior customer service from and Perry Ford of Santa Barbara is in that class. The people's attitude and the friendly atmosphere there really make a difference... not to mention, they deliver as expected and then some when it comes to their service! read more

This has got to be the most dishonest car dealership in the state and I'm sure that is saying alot. I originally looked at a vehicle on the Santa Barbara lot and was told by the salesgirl that they could sell me any vehicle from any lot in the Perry system and to check out their other dealerships online. I found the vehicle I wanted at the Poway dealership. When I notified them I would like to see it they told me I had to buy it sight unseen before I could even look at it and not to drive to Poway because they would lose the sale. I refused and after some haggling they went to Poway to pick up the car. When it arrived it had extensive damage on the drivers side that was not in the photos online and damage on the passengers side. I informed them I wanted that fixed if I was to buy the car. They then told me they would have to charge me $1000 for going to Poway to pick up the vehicle. When I finally agreed to buy it the Finance guy tried to cheat me out of the 3 day guarantee on the vehicle and leave out the adjustments we had agreed upon. He then told me to lie to the loan officer when they called me about how the down payment was made to Perry Ford. (I didn't). I returned the car a week later as agreed upon to have the damage fixed. Perry was supposed to have it for 5 days and provide me with a loaner car if they needed it longer. I was going out of town during the 5 day time frame, upon my return I had to track down the salegirl and insist on receiving a loaner vehicle. I got a 1/2 hour tirade on how difficult her life is, how her boyfriend is a bum and she lives with her mother, plus a lengthy discourse on how she couldn't find a car with gas in it to give me. She finally showed up with this albatrose of a vehicle and told me my car would be ready in 2 days. 2 days came and went this no phone call email or notification of what was going on with my car. In total they had my car 10 days. They called me on a Saturday night at 6 pm and told me I needed to bring the loaner car back immediately and pick up my car. I asked if I could have until morning to clean out the car before I returned it and was told absolutely not it was involved in a sale (to date the car they loaned me is still sitting on the lot I arrived at the dealership in the dark with no lighting to inspect my vehicle and told the sales girl the main damage looked okay but I would need to inspect the paint damage in the daylight and I would get back to her. In total they had my car 10 days and ultimately did not even attempt to fix the damage on the passengers side. I then recieved a call from them that I telling me they had possession of a credit card with my name on it I had left in my vehicle when I dropped it off now 15 days earlier. To date they have yet to return the credit card to me even though I asked them to put it in the mail that very day. They refused to tell me who had performed the work on my vehicle and why it took 10 days to complete only part of the process or explain why it had been driven over 600 miles and had a "mixed" cd in the player. The floor of the vehicle was saturated with beer and the back and end full of dirt. All I recieved from them was an offer to give me some touch up paint for the passengers side. To date now over 30 days since I purchased the vehicle I have not recieved my plates or tags or any explaination as to how they intend to fix the damage. I also learned from the salegirl Erica that all the employees in the Santa Barbara car dealership circle frequently change dealerships. She explained how they have had knock down drag out fights over customers in the parking lots and how their is not brand loyalty in their business. I will never purchase another vehicle from them. I bought a used car from Erica Smith through Perry Ford. The reason for the low rating is based on my experience between Perry Ford and Santa Barbara Toyota. Erica was what you would think of when it comes to typical 101 car sales tactics, ensuring you that you are getting a great deal, when really I settled for Kelly Blue book value. There were constant reminders of how well every used car is looked over. My mechanics found a cracked oil filter casing a day later, which was like pulling teeth with her to get them to pay for the $40 part. Perry had pictured the car with the car mats in it, but when I went to purchase, the mats where missing and exchanged for cheap Ford mats. I was told they discarded the originals because they were dirty. I hope they are not the ones I bought on Ebay later!!! I was also contacted four months later by Erica to tell me they found the second set of keys and owners manual to my car, and how happy I should be since she saved me $400 on the price of the key they misplaced. I forgot to thank her for that. The fact is that I alone made the decision to buy the car for the price I did, and have enjoyed the car. What I did not enjoy was the car buying process with Erica. I was left wondering what was and wasn't true in the encounter. I contacted Erica a while back to try and give it a second chance, and see if she would like to purchase a next to new used car (different car from the one I bought). The negotiation fell through when she told me nobody ever pays the Kelly Blue book value because they want to feel as if they got a good deal. So to sum it up, when you buy a car from Perry Ford they tell you to pay above Kelly Blue book because this is Santa Barbara. When trying to sell them a car, well, it is no one buys cars at Kelly Blue book value! I went with my wife to buy her used car at Toyota of Santa Barbara, and was one of the best experiences we had when it comes to car purchase. They go out of their way for you, and make sure to fix any problems that you have after the purchase. No cheesy lines, or feeling of dishonesty. I told them that I wished that I had purchased my car from them so they would have ended up with the money. I couldn't have had a more ideal experience and *wholeheartedly recommend* Perry Mazda Ford Sales Dept. Unexpectedly faced with the challenge of having to find a new car fast and on a budget, I felt overwhelmed and panicked. Add the fact that I am a single female, and it felt as if I couldn't be in a worse or more vulnerable situation. I went to Perry because my old car was a Ford and I thought I'd start there to see what kind of trade-in I could get. From the moment I began a conversation with Matt and Jaime in Sales, I felt more relaxed. Despite my crankiness and overwhelm, they listened to me, understood the very real constraints of my budget as well as the stressful position I was in, having to find a car in a matter of days. They were smart, warm, down to earth, funny and respectful. I'm a no-nonsense kind of girl and I appreciated feeling like a person and not a sales target. They helped me explore new and used options and listened and responded to what I liked and didn't like as we got closer and closer to the right car for me. I had done my research and knew more than I let on... but was pleasantly surprised by the very fair deals they presented. To be thorough, I then did some comparison shopping. After my positive experience at Perry, I was unimpressed and turned-off by the local competition. While I test-drove some decent cars, the other dealerships felt sterile, cold and impersonal. I felt pressured, manipulated and unheard, as the salesperson tried to get me to lease (something I specifically stated I did NOT want to do) a car that was WAY outside of my budget. One local dealer seemed so hungry for a sale that I felt badgered and they used my time-sensitive situation to try to pressure me to buy on-the-spot. When I returned to Perry, it was such a relief to be back in a comfortable atmosphere. I shared some of the other deals that I had been offered, held firm on the upper limits of my budget and, with some fair and respectful negotiation, Matt and Jaime met me on a truly remarkable deal for a brand new car. But that wasn't the end: they helped me empty my things out of my old car, kept me company throughout the paperwork ordeal and showed me how to set up some of the technology in my new car before I left the lot. They even called to check-in on me the following day, making sure I felt good about the car and the purchase! It was a huge commitment for me - my biggest purchase EVER! Surprisingly, though, I felt secure in the car, the deal and the customer service. In the end, this nightmare situation wound up being a pleasant and exciting experience. I am so, so grateful. My experience here was amazing! I definitely recommend Perry Ford Mazda. They were absolutely incredible, and I walked away from what can be a stressful, awkward experience, with a car I love and excellent customer service. When my brother and I got on the lot we looked around a bit, and within a couple of minutes were greeted by Dane. He was very professional, real, and knowledgeable. We told him what I was looking for in style and financially, and he immediately had a suggestion for me. It was a 2004 Mazda 3 that had just come in. We took it for a nice test drive and it was perfect. We really appreciated how he took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we had a fun experience. Our Mazda 5 conveniently decided to have a breakdown just a couple miles from Perry Mazda. The part had to be shipped in which meant a nightover in sunny Santa Barbara. Jeff Richards was outstanding in overnighting the delivery of the part and making the repair go as smoothly and quickly as possible. There was a cozy wait room with coffee and a tv. My 86 year old father bought and has taken the car here for regular service. He was told he had an oil leak in the drain pan and was given a list of other needed repairs. Because of the hig cost he took the car home and had a family member with auto repair experience check the car. He went through the repair list and found all that was needed was an oil filter. There was no oil leak the oil pan and oil filter had been loosened and left to drip in th pan to look like it had been a bad leak. Can't imagine trying to take advantage of an elderly person. GREAT EXPERIENCE! We bought a used car at Perry for my 17 year old daugther. The folks there assured me that it had been gone through and was in great condition. A week later the alternator failed. Absolutely horrible people working at this dealership they will say anything to get your money and screw you over. I bought a warranty that the finance manager said covered everything. Once I needed to use it for repairs nothing was covered and everyone in the dealership said it wasn't their problem and when I attempted to call and talk to them about it they would hang up on me. Karma will catch up with them hopefully but unfortunately I'm not out 15 grand and no car. They didn't even inspect the car before they sold it to me!!!!! read more

Perry Ford BADLY DAMAGED my car when it was in their care, and first agreed to take care of everything, and now have changed their story and are saying they won't take care of it. Do not take your car here. I have a 10 inch gash in the body of my car now and have to pay my own $500 deductible. Do not take your car here! Dennis Cummins changed his story, and essentially is calling me a liar. It was humiliating. I feel awful about all this. read more

I'm not one to typically write bad reviews but I had a very disappointing experience with Perry Ford Mazda. My husband and I were upfront with when we arrived at the dealership and explained that we were only interested in doing research on a car and not interested in purchasing that day. The first sales agent was friendly and took us on a test drive. Our experience went downhill as soon as we were passed off to another agent. We had to wait 10 minutes for her to appear with additional information and when we explained that we just doing research, she proceeded to be extremely pushy and ask unnecessary questions about our credit score and other personal details that we didn't feel comfortable sharing. We left extremely frustrated and disappointed. So needless to say, we or any of our friends will not be purchasing a car from this dealership in the future. read more

I brought my vehicle in to have a coolant leak diagnosed on my 09 Ford Focus. I was greated by Mike who seemed very friendly and happy. The write up process was quick and efficent and he even got me a ride on the shuttle. Mike called me 2 hrs later to say they had found a loose hose clamp on a radiator hose and they tightened it all for the initial estimate of $49.95. What a great experience!!
