She told me I couldn't wear ear buds when I asked to put them away she told me I could hold them in my hand, I have worn them before without an issue. so the dentists hit a live nerve and did an oopsie. I got 2 extractions today instead of one. I was prescribed aspirin as a pain killer, it's documented in my records I'm allergic to aspirin. Aspirin doesn't require a prescription. all and all a very bad bad experience. im Legally blind. The hygienist deliberately bullied a blind person and failed to do her job of numbing me. the hygienist was deliberately abusive. I do not know the name of the hygienist as she didn't introduce herself other than to say she was the hygienist.. I'm very concerned as I believe she would treat children this way also. They first treated me fir a dental emergency even though I was not their patient. When Thomas Cleary began accepting new patients we immediately applied. The doctor did a comprehensive consultation and discussed our goals and pointed out issues which needed attention proposing options and prioritization. Very thorough and congenial. The entire team is efficient and friendly. The front office are so pleasant in their communications. They are about the least condescending medical providers I've ever known, and in all ways are professional, courteous and accommodating. Let's just take this as an example. Like most other medical providers, you have to fill out some paperwork when you first arrive. Fair enough. The *very first line* was "How do you want to be called?" Now I despise strangers calling me by my first name; it is rude and utterly non-professional. So I put down "Mr. T_______." And sure enough, they call me that, each and every one, without fail, without bobbling, every time. They ask questions. They sit down with you to plan out what work needs doing, what's affordable, and they LISTEN. If you're anywhere within striking range of Cleary, and you need dental work, give them your business.
