She helped me feel more at ease and relaxed during my visit, and always checked to see if I was uncomfortable or in pain. Honestly, despite some unavoidable minor discomforts, this was the best dental experience I've ever had! I found the actual dentist (Gao) to be a little aloof and unfriendly and didn't spend much time with me at all. But then again, dentists have to put up with people dreading to see them so that can be tough for them. Overall, I recommend this practice for cleanings and basic dental procedures.

The work I needed done was not covered by my insurance but they made it easy by handling all of the financing and helped make it affordable for me. The dental assistants were also very caring and patient. Once even staying late to make sure my temporary bridge looked and fit right Dr. Kasabji did my bridge. I cannot say enough nice things about this doctor. He was patient, explained the "why" and "how" of everything he was doing and he did his job very well, as far as I can tell. The thing with Dr. kasabji he accepted my seemingly-unreasonable demands with a smile and even jokes. He never once made me feel judged, and I gave him plenty of reason, believe me! I can be a very hard patient to deal with. When my permanent bridge finally came in, I was so excited. I was going to be done, at last! But the color was wrong. I wanted to be done with all of this so badly, I told The doctor that it was okay, go ahead and put it in. He refused, ever so nicely and patiently. He explained that he understood I wanted to be done with this, but that I would eventually regret it and he couldn't sleep at night if he put it in. I grudgingly agreed. He refuses to ever go to an Aspen Dental ever again, especially with that dentist he saw. This was all submitted to insurance. There is now a balance that was rejected by insurance. I spoke with a representative from Aspen and the office itself, without resolution. They just kept repeating the X-rays were explained and consented by the patient. UNTRUE! No resolution. Just a brick wall. And all the blaim is placed on the patient.
